I’ve been staying in Wildwood every summer for five years, but this was my first time staying at this hotel in Crest, and I really noticed a huge difference! It’s a family-friendly place, and I was able to sleep well without all that noise. Beach access is right there. I felt very safe here. The lady in the office was very kind; she always provided excellent service and gave great recommendations for things to do in Wildwood. I was surprised by how much they love dogs, and there are parks right next to the hotel where you can take your dog for a walk. Beach access is right next to the hotel, and I enjoyed watching the sunsets and ocean waves every day. I love reading, and I absolutely adored this place; I was able to relax and really enjoy my books.

If you are looking for a pet-friendly motel, check out Beach Colony Resort. We were dog-sitting for our niece’s dog and needed a pet-friendly hotel in Wildwood Crest for the July 4th during America’s 250th celebration. Our priority was a pet friendly place and NOT on or near Wildwood Boardwalk. ????? Beach Colony Resort provided a safe, very clean room to stay, and was close to the beach (1/2 block) to spend July 4th Weekend. Our dog-niece was very comfortable there. Pool was clean and had a small slide for kids to enjoy. Leslie, the Manager, and all the staff were extremely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Our rental had 2 rooms - 1 Queen Bed and second room w twin bed (good for 1 child or teenager). Amenities incl. microwave & fridge, light w alarm & USB outlets, these were more updated than expected. Bathroom was not large and older design (similar to photo on website) and AC was a wall unit. But, we didn’t expect a family-owned, small business to have the luxurious amenities found in higher-priced, NO pets allowed places in same area. Shower head worked great and bathroom too, was very clean. Planning to travel with your dog, consider Beach Colony for your next vacation at the Jersey Shore.

Couldn't give Beach Colony enough stars! We had a horrible experience at another hotel and were lucky to find a room available here for us and our dogs! This hotel was a very welcomed relief after a stressful day. They are a great spot to stay with your dogs! The rooms are big and beds were comfy! With big windows looking out, our dogs were able to keep an eye on us while in the pool.

We stayed at the Beach Colony with our cat over the weekend, it was a great find for a pet owner such as ourselves. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with easy parking right outside. My family and I truly felt welcomed here, like family even. We will be back this summer!

Our family and high school band have stayed at the Beach Colony for the past 3 years for the TIA Tournament of Bands held in Wildwood each year. Every year the Beach Colony has been very accommodating and has always welcomed our group. The manager, Leslie, has always been a pleasure to work with, and is always willing to work with the needs of our families and band kids. She helps provide space for hospitality and meeting needs for our parents and band members. We usually take over the entire hotel, and even with having to host so many people at one time, we always have everything we need from Leslie and the Beach Colony.

Our band and band parents go to Beach Colony every year for the TIA Atlantic Coast Championships with our local high school. This is now our third year at Beach Colony and every year we are so grateful to them for how much they care about us and the kids. They make sure all the accomodations are ok, they always check in, it is very clean, and they always go over and above, especially the Manager Lesley. We look forward to this trip every year and we are always grateful that Beach Colony is willing to have us. Until next year!!

We absolutely love the Beach Colony Resort and return here often, it’s truly our go-to place whenever we visit Wildwood Crest. Every stay is consistently excellent, which is why we keep coming back. The resort is always spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. One of our favorite parts is that it’s dog-friendly, so we can bring our dog, Winnie, who is always just as happy to be there as we are. The location is perfect—close to the beach and boardwalk—yet still quiet and relaxing. It’s clear that the property is very well cared for, and that attention to detail really shows. Beach Colony Resort feels familiar, welcoming, and reliable in the best way. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wildwood and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly place they’ll want to return to again and again.

The pool is nice,rooms are clean. Decent location. Little outdated rooms,. Parking spaces should be numbered. Parking spaces are small. Biggest thing is mattresses are uncomfortable and noisy. Good service. Leslie at front desk is very hospitable.
