"The New Jersey Shore" is the closest beach that can be considered a resort for us New Yorkers. It's not snobby or pretentious. When you need to get away and enjoy the local, but not place a premium on the residence, take a look at Casa del Sole Motel. It's not fancy but it's clean. The best part is it's location right off the board walk, once you park in there parking spots, you can walk everywhere you would want to. Look you can visit for the day and have to pay to park anyway. Stay at the motel, parking is included, don't rush home, eat at one of the interesting and memorable boardwalk eateries or find a sensational off boardwalk restaurants and make a summer memory. The first room we received TV didn't work so we got moved to another room. Not even 5 minutes later another family was put in the room without a working Tv. Rooms smelled bad, I had to go buy a plug in to try to cover the smell. Rooms were not cleaned well, cob webs on light fixtures and other furniture. The pool was extremely dirty. Parking is horrible if you don't get there early. The only positive thing is the location, close to beach/boardwalk.

Room was just what I expected for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Right at the boardwalk. I originally thought the refrigerator didn’t work, but then I realized that the temperature was turned down and all I had to do was change the setting. When I needed more toilet paper or towels, I just asked housekeeping in the morning and they gave them to me right away. Simon, the owner, I presume was usually sitting outside the office and he was very nice. I would stay here again.

My family of three stayed on the third floor, which was the best floor. The pool is small but clean. The location is great, less than a block from the boardwalk. Small, clean, updated room. Had a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge. Patio with patio tables and grill. Perfect for our little family. Nice family motel. The manager, Simon, was so accommodating and a very nice and easygoing man. Thank you for making our visit pleasant!

The location is great. The manager seemed surprised that we were checking in for 3 rooms. The rooms were inconsistently refreshed. We had no hand soap and a half used roll of toilet paper sitting on the bath tub. I dont think the tub was clean. The floors were sandy. The beds had the cover on them but no other blankets. Im sure the covers aren't washed everytime. We paid $420 for 2 nights. The place just needs a face-lift. Pool was nice. Closes at 7pm which is way too early in the summer.
