3 months agoFirst time staying here. All the staff were very personable especially Mimi. She was amazing energy. The location is great however our room was right next to the elevator and all we heard all night was the elevator and people talking while waiting for the elevator which kept us up all night! Also the room was very small and the AC was extremely loud. I feel we should have been told that it would be right next to the elevator. Also, quiet hours need to exist. There were too many kids up at midnight running back and forth yelling. Thats not the motel’s fault, its the parents not watching their kids.

3 months agoI have stayed here before and liked it very much. Recommended it to so many people. However this time around they put me in Rm 315. Its literally a maintenance closet converted into a room. They bill it as a king bed room but thats very misleading. Its closet space. The in wall AC was extremely loud and really completed the rooms tenament feel. I emailed Manager DelMonde, zero response from him. I wasnt looking for a freebee. I just wanted him to spend a night there himself to see how a guest would view it. Definitely leaves me questioning their customer service I Will not recommend this hotel anymore. Do NOT use room 315 if they give it to you. You will be very disappointed

3 months agoWe just checked out, after out after a 6 night stay! I believe this was our 5 year going there!! It’s absolutely a great place to stay!! Everyone really tries to make your stay amazing!! The only little problem we had was the TV in the bedroom did not work great!! I believe it is something they know about because I asked about it there was a work around they did and it worked only for a couple of stations! Everything else was amazing!! Great Location! The Beach is right there as is the beginning of the Boardwalk!! Before we left we put our deposit down for next year!!!

3 months agoThe hotel is really nice. The people who work there and those who are patrons are also all very nice and friendly. They are very accommodating. The room we were in was clean and spacious. Very modern with nice touches in the bathroom with pretty towel folds and fancy display of the shower curtain.. They only complaint is that their pillows are as flat as pancakes. I can't possibly exaggerate the fact that they are really flat. LOL. That gives the impression that they are sort of old and that that gives a little bit of ick feeling. To be fair, when I inquired about getting different pillows, I was informed that they were all pretty much the same, but they were willing to give me some extra pillows which definitely helped with sleep. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Right at the beginning of the boardwalk right at the beach. We will definitely be back. Will just bring our own pillows! ?

4 months agoRight at the end of the boards, so easy access. Beach is right there, with a handy shower to de-sand your feet The hotel, stayed in a king room, with pool view, again handy to parking. Check in was a breeze, they do late check in, very happy overall. They have a 4th floor deck to see the ocean. There is an elevator, so easy access. Odd think, after Memorial Day, the place was dead. So, depending on your view, also a plus.
