Stayed here in 2025. The room was old, garbage beds.... by that i mean, the edges of the bed sag and you end up on the floor. Had to spray the room down with Fabreeze. AC was good. When I turned it on, it froze us out. The sliding glass doors needed replacing due to pitting. The restaurant was closed. The front desk people did their job but, just didn't seem to give a damn. In my eye, this once fashionable hotel needs a serious facelift by an owner who isn't there to simply milk it for what they can. I've been coming to Wildwood since the early 70s. Stayed in many hotels. This one can be summed up by saying, "Their give a damn is busted". Read your reviews!

The only great thing about this is the location but that does not out way any of the other HORRIBLE issues with this place. I stayed here with some friends and family in August of 2025, and to put it plainly - - the rooms had never been cleaned, all of our feet were black after 10 mins of walking in to our rooms - one of the beds in our room had BLOOD on the sheets and eyelash clusters/strips and when we informed the front desk all they said/did was take the sheets off and put ‘’new” sheets on, they did not disinfect the bed and the “fresh” sheets had other mystery stains -the balcony door didn’t lock and they are interconnected so anyone could hop over onto ours, that was not safe AT ALL, and other residence would put their WET underwear hanging over the connecting railings, and would be blasting loud music all hours of the night and bang on the wall and the front desk did nothing about it -when we asked for more pillows, they said that they don’t offer that and they don’t have anymore and when we asked for more clean towels, they said that they ran out -In the bathroom, the ceiling was exposed, and you could see the wires in the ceiling and walls and when the water came out, it was a foggy green color -The pool itself was probably the only thing that may have been maintained, but the hot tub look like a science experiment, with all the bubbles in different shades of green - this place is not worth any amount of money for the trouble that we had to go through and I felt like I would never be clean again after my stay - i’m only giving this place a two star review because they are harder to remove if I could I’d give them -8 stars

If you are looking for a hotel that takes “roughing it” to Olympic levels, look no further. I stayed here in June 2025 and everything in my review is based on that visit, with photos to support each detail. My goal is to help others make an informed decision. Cleanliness: The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned, which the staff acknowledged and did move me from. The second room was “made up” but still had visible cracks, peeling paint, mold on the lampshades, rust on fixtures, and exposed wires in the walls. All issues were documented in photos and shared with management. Safety: The doors to the balcony did not function, and all balconies are interconnected, making it easy for anyone to cross from room to room without restriction. I felt unsafe storing valuables or leaving the balcony door unlocked. Facilities: The pool appeared to be the only area maintained, but the hot tubs looked like science experiments gone wrong. I did not see evidence they had been cleaned in quite some time. The DJ noise coming from several other locations next-door is appalling during all hours of the day and night. Customer Service: When I asked to cancel my final night, management initially said to “dispute the charge with your credit card.” This was not possible, as the contract states all nights are non-refundable. When this was pointed out, management simply refused to credit the night and said I had to pay regardless. Conclusion: While the hotel is convenient to local attractions and some rooms offer a decent view, none of these positives outweigh the safety, cleanliness, and service concerns. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone seeking a safe or pleasant experience.

Stayed here this past weekend . I’ll with pros . Amazing location, steps away from Morey’s pier which was so convenient. The beds were quite comfortable despite how the looked . The AC worked phenomenal . We had an ocean view room so we were able to see the sunset from our balcony . Parking was free and convenient. Julie at the front desk was outstanding. Now for the cons . The room was dirty and gross . The floors were so dirty . I put a towel down to stand on and picked it up and it was brown from how dirty it was . The bathroom smelled like straight old urine . Had brown splatter on the toilet and wall that looked like poop . The toilet had poop stains all in it (obviously not cleaned) The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered with black mold . Shower curtain had stains all over . The ceilings itself had black mold I’m assuming from the moisture being so close to the ocean . The man at the front desk was to involved with his phone to care about anything. As I was asking him questions he flat out was texting and scrolling . Extremely unprofessional and clueless. If you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke , do not bother coming here . Chain smokers everywhere . The smell went through the vents and our room smelled like pure cigarettes . We had to leave the balcony door and entrance door open to air it out and it still didn’t help . The towels were the tiniest I have ever seen , you need about 4 of them for one shower . The hot tub water was brown and had a smoggy film over the surface of water . Pool was absolutely gross I wouldn’t even got near it . The convenience was great but the cleanliness was lacking immensely

I really wish I would have read the Google reviews of this place before booking. The place is very outdated the drawers were all broken on dressers the shower was clearly not cleaned with long black hair on the walls and floor. The ceiling tiles in bathroom are pushed up and broken. The floor was dirty. The 2 pools that they list and kiddy pool is actually 1 pool with a small corner of it fenced off apx 5 x 10 are that is for little ones. The 2 hot tubs if you consider 81degrees hot only one was working the other one was covered up. When I asked about it they said it had just broke the day before and parts were ordered but after seeing reviews it has been this way for awhile. There are no bathrooms in the lobby area or pool area so you wonder how many take the time to go back to their rooms.Sliding door going out to the pool is hard to open and close and lock is not the best. As far as safety goes the side door off the stair way does not even shut the latch is painted over. On the plus side the ONE pool that they did have was clean enough and the location to the beach was nice. The restaurant behind the hotel was really nice dinner buffet. Don't fall for the pics they list about restaurant on site because it has been closed for quite awhile Would I stay here again...absolutely not I worked all year for this one little get away and I can't wait to get home and go back to work ? I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I did.

I have to say I'm surprised how much my family is liking this place. From check in and the male receptionist checking us in early due to my son's medical conditions, to the location of the hotel. We like this hotel for two reason the kids have their own space and we have ours. Is the room perfect, no but it's pretty good. A new lamp shade and some paint and it would be great. Let's remember it's wildwood motel, the pool looks great we can walk to the boardwalk, people are friendly. So no complaints.

0 stars.. DO NOT STAY HERE! There was literally feces on the wall in the bathroom AFTER they cleaned the room, which was an hour after the check in time. We walked in on the maids smoking pot and they told us they needed more time to clean. The manager Daniel needs to be taken outside and taught a lesson on customer service. He is rude, disrespectful, and falsely arrogant. Save yourself a trip and a little self-respect. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely horrible! Disgusting! As if they didn't even clean before we got there. The pool was filled with rust spots and there were no steps leading down into it. so no one in my family could even go in the pool. And that was the whole point of staying at the hotel, as we only live an hour and a half away from the Wildwood boardwalk to begin with. So we spent over $250 to sleep in a disgusting room and not even be able to use the pool. We were booked for two nights and only stayed one. And I almost scalded my daughter to death in the shower because the knob was put in backwards. If you turned it towards hot it got cold and if you turned it towards cold it got hot. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The owner(?)and/or family wasn’t friendly. Wouldn’t help Just sat there on phone Even though we were early they wouldn’t let us park there,even though the parking lot is huge.His excuse was they had to “clean the parking lot”. Had to go next door to pay to park Closer to check in (4pm which is stupid too) let us use pool which was freezing, hot tubs were dirty and NOT HOT. Get to room seemed nice but not enough towels for big families, then they were like dish cloth (small and thin), big HAIR ball in toilet, seagull shit on stuff outside on balcony, coffee maker no coffee samples other then making beds didn’t seem Maids did anything at all… O if you want to smell wacky weed all night then stay there comes thru the walls Don’t stay there !!!! Stay at landmark!!! Nicer there!!!
