My son and I stayed at the AA Heart of Wildwood motel for 2 days. We were steps away from the beach and boardwalk which was perfect. Our room was clean and good size for me and my son. The staff was amazing, especially Evelyn who was at the front desk. She accommodated our special requests without hesitation and made our stay very easy and comfortable. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Perfect placement for boardwalk/pier/beach activities with almost instant access! Room was great, service was exceptional and very accommodating, we only wish that the hot tub was operational and that the pools were heated! Oh, and parking is a bit tricky since it is so tight and crowded. Otherwise, great property, great stay!

Recently stayed here for a birthday trip - it was great. Front desk person, she was sweet and guided us to what parking lots were available for us as well as pool areas. The room was good, but favorite part was the mini kitchen and all the utensils it had in it, but still recommended bringing your own! The room we booked had a beautiful view of the beach, which was like a 1-2 minute walk! Very peaceful and comfortable experience. Price was not bad for 1 night, would booked again here soon!

If you want a clean room and a pool that is clean and working do not book here. The "rooftop" pool wasn't working the whole trip which was 4 days 3 nights and even if it was it's the size of your bathtub. No housekeeping unless you request when you check in but how would you know that as they don't tell you that upon arrival unless you read a small sign that you don't read. There isn't a phone in the room, there is not easily accessible plug ins like modern rooms. Literally the only good thing was where it's located. No vending machines, I'm just letting you know not to book,

We absolutely love this place! We feel so comfortable here. The location is great with being right on the boardwalk. Watch the fireworks on the roof top and even if you don't want to be in the chaos of the boardwalk you can sit up there and still feel in the mix. The only thing I would say negative is although the rooms are clean they definitely need to be updated. They are very outdated.

I love this place felt like home since I first walked through the door. Angie made me feel like I wasn’t a guest but I was family definitely recommend coming here and always a great price. You won’t be disappointed come check it out! One of the best hotels In wildwood!

Horrible experience with the owner. Angie is very rude and demanding. She thought something was going on between me and her husband! She lost my check blamed me for it and canceled my reservation because of her stupidity!! She told me about her divorce like I cared and she said her husband was ruining their business. Meanwhile it was her being unprofessional that is ruining her business! My friends and family and I have been staying there for 3 years. People at my job couldnt believe she was the business owner talking to her customer. Angie was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!! I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I didn't want to have to leave a bad review but here I go. First they charged our card 809.00 when it was 175.00. We get confirmation its booked. No one called to let us know that they charged our card. I called because I then received an email that our booking was canceled. When I called they informed me. Made new reservations. We get there no reservations they said they tried to call. They did give us a bigger room but we did pay for that. Then the TV only had 4 channels no pools. The workers were loud and slamming doors. We asked them to please not be so loud and they got an attitude. Screws in the parking lot so be careful. We had to call the office for general questions no one answered or called us back and we're home ( 5hrs) no call back. No instructions on check out. No phone or cable. No amenities. Water in shower came out yellow had to run it for awhile. The photos online were for another one of their motels that was closed. Terrible we left early morning.

Great location, the staff was very nice, very fairly priced. Plenty of parking during my stay. I went down with a classic car and off street parking was a concern and I had zero issues. I really enjoyed the rooftop deck view!

Love this location! Its right on the boardwalk and a short walk to the beach which is perfect. My favorite part was the rooftop lounge its the perfect place to watch the sunrise. When I stayed it was being renovated but it looked like there was a pool. The rooms were small but welcoming and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the open concept of the hotel and it felt private.
