Great location, the staff was very nice, very fairly priced. Plenty of parking during my stay. I went down with a classic car and off street parking was a concern and I had zero issues. I really enjoyed the rooftop deck view!

Love this location! Its right on the boardwalk and a short walk to the beach which is perfect. My favorite part was the rooftop lounge its the perfect place to watch the sunrise. When I stayed it was being renovated but it looked like there was a pool. The rooms were small but welcoming and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the open concept of the hotel and it felt private.

This hotel was Amazing! We stayed 5 days for Labor Day Weekend. I loved how we could see the sunrise right from the balcony! The rooftop pool wasn’t open but we didn’t care because the view from up there was amazing !! I knew going to this hotel the rooftop pool wasn't open, but that was the worst thing people could say, and I knew the hotel had 3 other options for pools. So if we wanted to swim we could use those. Plus the hotel I picked across the street, had a working pool. We stayed in 3H across the street and it was perfect! There are 4 buildings I believe owned all together. So I suggest paying attention to what you are booking. Room size was good, clean, cute little kitchen, & good water pressure!! I liked that we weren’t 100% on the boardwalk but literally steps away from it. Price was great, no issues with other guests. Everyone was using the BBQ grills and that made me so happy to see families bonding together!! The staff while checking in was also great, the gentleman was so informative and explained everything. Even when he called me to confirm the booking a week or two prior he was so kind. The house keeping staff was also so pleasant. They cleaned our room daily, new towels made the bed. Very friendly to speak to if/when we needed anything. Plenty of Parking in several different lots. Great Booking!

On a scale of one to 10 I would give this place a two -One the worst motels I've ever stayed in. No hot water multiple times,most of the time. No maid service on the first day, two wash cloths for four people?They call it a fully stocked kitchen? With a few odds and ends. They request that you wash the dishes before you leave, but there's nothing to wash them with, stained pillows that are disgusting and should've been replaced long ago same with the pillowcase covers and the mattress pads. no fan or ventilation in a tiny bathroom with swollen doors that did not close Non working outlets/ The pool featured on the website wasn't operational and The complex look nothing like the pictures on the website.

Right on the beach! The room was clean and service was great! Our DVD player wasn’t working and staff was so quick to accommodate and give us a new one. The upstairs pool is closed but you can still go up and the view is amazing. Absolutely amazing stay and can’t wait to come back next year. Only 4 stars on the room because it’s very tiny.

This is our only place to stay while in Wildwood. We've been staying here since the last owner years ago. Angie who has owns it now for many years is on top of everything. The rooms are clean, we stay in a small room seeing its just 2 of us. The room has everything you need to be comfortable. Building 1 is at the boardwalk you can sit on the upper patio and watch everyone walking on the boardwalk and view the beautiful beach. The staff is so welcoming and efficient. Theresa in housekeeping has been there since the previous owner. She is so sweet it was our pleasure to chat with her all week. Can't say enough positive feedback on our 9 day stay. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Couldn't get a better convenient location. It's been over 20 years of our Summer visits and never disappoints. Highly recommend.

Great location — just a quick walk to the beach and Boardwalk. The room was very clean, which I appreciated. However, there was no hot water during our entire stay, which really affected our experience. Limited working outlets and no elevator also made things less convenient. Clean and well-located, but not very comfortable overall.

this was my second time staying here and now with the new ownership it has went down significantly in quality and the people are rude. first of all not enough parking especially for a full size pickup. room service comes in many times a day for no reason. came in while we were in the shower and while we were sleeping and they can unlock the deadbolt lock as well. the room was was smaller than pictured online. two lights in the room didn’t even work. only thing good about it is you are right on the boardwalk. no key cards you get actual keys. for $300+ a night definitely not worth it. come to find out after some research the owner got arrested and had charges for some insane behavior.

You never hear when the service is good, but there's always someone out there ready to say, "My experience was bad! I'm writing a review!" Well my experience was good! I'm writing a review. This is your typical Wildwood Hotel, with standard rooms. I rented the two bedroom apartment which is a short walk from the office, about 200 feet. Room was clean but some lights were not working and the hot water wasn't really hot. One call to the office and within a few minutes someone arrived to assess. Everything was handled right away. Even a licensed electrician to change the bulbs. Plenty of towels for our group of six. I'd recommend. They are very nice and accommodating.

Booked a month or so in advance. Didn't get to go. Was supposed to be my work vacation. Unfortunately, At the end of this month we're under combo weather of a 106 degree heatwave and severe scattered thunderstorms. How do you relax in 106 degree heat? You don't. I already had my deposit down and I wish I cancelled immediately because they forgot and lost my booking entirely. They wouldn't refund me my deposit or let me pick a day after these severe weather alert warnings. They could have booked me for next year and I would have paid another night for a week out, instead they won't offer to even let me pick another day to put the deposit towards and not refund the deposit either. Honestly, Take your business elsewhere. The owner doesn't seem to care about good business practices. I booked it for the location, but turns out the people running it are incompetent. I will be sure to never book with this hotel in the future. Owner basically took my money and didn't offer me a refund or a room. I'll be disputing this with my bank and filing a BBB complaint. Front desk people couldn't even find my booking. Asked for the booking number and upon giving they still couldn't find it. My friends booked here last year and we didn't have these issues. Never again. EDIT: Still haven't heard back from the owner. I'm getting my deposit or you're giving me a room. To all else, Book elsewhere. itinerary# 72063502226777
