Pool is filthy. Not skimmed throughout the day and sections of lotion and debris. Parents not supervising their hyper kids. Also no one on site monitoring it. People come to relax not to be pushed splashed and shoved by kids. Person who checked us in told us nothing and we’ve been here several times prior. He barely spoke. Also no mattress covers on the beds.

Our server, Mackenzie Clayton was absolutely phenomenal! Her service was so good, we will absolutely be back. It felt like we were being served in our own home, we could feel the love radiating off this sweet girl! Ask for Mackenzie when you come!

currently staying here we have no heat no hot water broken phone broken tvs… response was we’re not in season yet yet i paid $450 from two nights. my kids were freezing and a maintenance guy had been here for over an hour now. for the price of this place they don’t operate great. so i’ll be asking for a refund and a new room

We stopped here on a whim and ended up staying for 2 nights. Great location to the ocean and boardwalk, a short walk to every thing but far enough to escape the crowds. Staff was super friendly, the establishment was clean and bright. The pool area looks great and fun(it was too windy for me to use) but definitely very inviting.

The Port Royal is a great hotel. Me and my family have been going to this hotel the past 15 summers and it never disappoints. Amazing Service, the restaurant has very good food, room are very clean and nice, the pool is nice, everything about this hotel is perfect for a wildwood stay. Since it’s like a 10 minute walk from the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the 2026 season. My favorite place to stay ??

Insane hotel, beautiful rooms, nice elevator. The lobby big and spacious, plenty of chairs and tables to sit and chat with Game room, living room with TV and board games. The pool is pretty big and has a big deck as well. Friendly staff. Try it out and let me know.

We stay here every year for 4-5 years. Very clean. Nice balcony views from every room, even if not beachfront. There are parks on either side. Convenient beach access. Staff is friendly. I noticed this year people started reserving 4-5 chairs at a time for hours and aren’t here using the pool. It’s too small of a resort for that, management should not allow it.

I used to vacation here every summer as a kid with my family. I have since moved out of state but still to this day relate this hotel to being a key part in making my childhood vacations so wonderful. Everything about this hotel was enjoyable and has one of the best pool areas I've seen at a hotel. It's always on my list to return and spend another week here and relive my childhood.

Amazing hotel, we checked in at midnight unexpectedly and everything worked out. We got a huge sweet with 4 different rooms. Very clean too which always good for a hotel especially on the shore.

My family has been going here for over 40 years. We started coming with our children now we are coming with their families. It’s great reliving our vacation through them. The hotel is clean and always upgrading decor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You would not go wrong vacating here.
