We have not stayed here a few years and decided to come back and they are by far the nicest, welcoming and most accommodating we have found! Glad to be staying again this summer!

One of the better motels in wildwood. Sometimes wildwood hotels can be hit or miss. This is a nice spot with a better than average basic room. Most importantly the staff were probably the nicest I've ever encountered at a mom and pop hotel. I recommend staying here if you have the option.

We've been coming to this motel for at least 10 years and have been pleased with its accomodations as well as the staff. Cathy, Margaret and J.R. are the nicest people in the world. They treat you as if you're visiting as family, not just renting vacationers. The rooms are updated, clean and well-equipped. The pool and social areas are clean, neat and well-maintained with persistent pride. The location in beautiful North Wildwood is perfect for quiet relaxation or for a fun stroll on the boardwalk. Stayed here for two nights in July with my partner. Like many businesses in Wildwood, the overall experience was dated and not updated, but what I can only describe as tolerable: this motel is clearly coasting on its closeness to the beach and its similarity to the other lodging options on the island. PROS: The motel is a block from the start of the boardwalk. You get your own parking spot. The A/C system uses mini-splits that appear recently installed and work well. Spacious fridge. The room was clean and overnight was quiet. No noisy or loud guests when we were there. Hot water was good and worked well on demand. CONS: The premises claim to be non-smoking, but that is very lax and not enforced. The designated smoking area is right in the center of the parking lot for the motel, just by the pool deck. Even when smokers are there, the smoke makes its way to the pool and balconies or if you're just trying to get in and out of your car. Guests were smoking outside their rooms as well. The housekeepers were smoking in the open, too. I loathe cigarette smoke so it was disappointing that the smoking area wasn't elsewhere and that it wasn't effectively enforced. My partner didn't find the mattress very comfortable, but that is subjective so results will vary. There was no dish soap (gotta pay for that), tissues, or paper towels in the kitchenette. First motel I've stayed in that didn't have at least either of those. Check out and check in instructions were not clearly communicated, nor were expectations on how best to leave the room once departing. There is no regularly staffed front desk or room service to my knowledge, especially compared to other hotels I have been to. In general, the building and rooms are old and cheap and bland and very much like most motel / hotel / condo spaces in Wildwood. For the price point here on the island, probably to be expected. Stay here for beach proximity, but keep your expectations low.

Wonder convenient place to stay. Everything is clean. Some rooms are a bit of an odd design and layout but that's because this motel has been around for a very long time. I stayed here with my parents when I was a kid 30 some years ago. They have modernized it the best they could. There is an elevator that reaches most of the rooms. Luggage carts. The place is very clean. Rooftop lounging and grills. Pool is a bit small for as many as stay here. The location is super convenient to the boardwalk and beach. It is located in a fairly quiet part of North Wildwood. I will prob stay here more often.

My family and I spent a week at the Condor, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean. Management and staff are wonderful. The pool was very nice. The location is perfect. Plan to spend future vacations there.

We spent a 6 days and had a wonderful time. The owners were very accommodating and extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and the staff gave us more towels whenever we needed them. Even though it was extremely hot and humid, the rooms were very comfortable. Of course the location was fabulous because we only walked 1/2 block to beach and boardwalk. Anyone who wants a great motel should go to the Condor!!! Thank you so much

I would not stay at this motel again. Apparently they can pick and choose who they want to be their guests. The family that referred my family to this motel is no longer welcome there. They were told “we don’t need you”. This family had been staying at that motel for 20 years and the owner’s daughter just dismissed them and canceled their upcoming reservations. I too had some words in the office with this woman, and she is not very nice at all, in fact quite rude. I believe she is the owner‘s daughter who will take over at some point. The rest of the staff was very nice. I Was told there is a lot of drama that goes on there. They ran out of hot water one day during my stay. I also had to pay for my stay again when i arrived. I’m still fighting to get my money back. They said they didn’t deal with third-party payers, but I would really like to know how they got the first half of my payment if that was the case. They said they never received the second half but reservationdesk.com and Affirm say different. Just be aware.

This was our first stay at the Condor and my family and I were very pleased. We stayed at the Matador a few years ago and the Condor is definitely better! The price is cheaper than the Matador, cleaner and nothing is broken! The location to the boardwalk was ideal and the pool was clean! We would definitely recommend this hotel! The condor is such a nice place to stay. We got a one bedroom efficiency. It has a separate bedroom with a living room/kitchen area. The room comes with towels and some bar soap.there are 3 blankets in the room and 5 pillows per room. There is 2 dressers for clothes and a small hanging area for clothes as well. I like to bring my own hand soap/hand towels for the bathroom and if you have an efficiency I would recommend bringing a sponge and dish soap for any dishes. There is some plates/cooking items provided. The beds are comfy, and while there is a pull out couch, we did not use it. The rooms are always clean, the staff is so friendly and I will definitely be back. Thank you Natasha and Marge for always keeping the hotel so nice!
