**Disappointing experience, especially given the circumstances** Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property itself was pretty mediocre, and after just one night, we became extremely sick and had to leave the hotel and drive directly to a hospital. This was completely unexpected and obviously not a situation we planned for. We understand that the hotel has a cancellation/refund policy, and we weren't asking for a full refund. However, given that this was a genuine medical emergency, we feel that a partial refund for the two unused nights would have been a reasonable gesture. What made the situation more frustrating was that this was during high season, and the hotel appeared to have availability, so it seems very possible that the room could have been rented to someone else. We understand that policies exist, but there should also be some consideration for genuine emergencies. Unfortunately, the response from reception was essentially just that they were sorry we were sick but couldn't refund anything. Given the circumstances, we expected a little more understanding and flexibility. Overall, not the experience we hoped for and not a hotel we would choose to stay at again.

We had a great time staying at this location. Room was clean and updated. Location was good near restaurants and grocery store up the street. Staff was friendly had us checked in quickly. Outdoor pool, seating and areas very clean. Kid friendly hotel. Checkout process was quick. I would stay at this location again!

Such a beautiful hotel !! The pool is gorgeous and rooms are renovated and modern! Absolutely beautiful!! Wished we stayed longer! Get a suite it's so worth it! Very close to Wildwood Convention Center, very close to everything you may need. Great location. Would definitely go back! Family friendly perfect!

Stay here for a few days in August with family. This is a super clean motel and has wonderful amenities like a amazing kitchenette. The AC is ice cold and the beds are comfy. Loved how clean and orderly the staff kept the place. Will definitely be coming again next year. I recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed there last week for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom "condo". The entire property was immaculate. Daily maid service was thorough. Pool was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It's in Wildwood but the first block out of wildwood Crest so it's close to the boardwalk but quiet and less commercial. A quick block walk to the beach with convenient access to all. Property had covered parking, bbq grills, and bathrooms near the pool. Two bedroom suite had a full and well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Very friendly squirrel lives on or near premises. He'll come when you call and will gladly accept a Cheez-it. Very few gripes. Mattresses could maybe use a replacement. AC was fighting to get top floor of unit under 70° mid summer. I wish the balcony had an awning. Not much more to complain about. It was an amazing property. Can't wait to go back.

Definitely a hidden gem. What a wonderful place to stay. Clean beyond belief! Consist cleaning and upkeep from the staff. The atmosphere was amazing. Total relaxation. Off the beaten path but close enough to walk. This is definitely our new go to place.

We came down for a quick trip and stayed here last minute staff was professional friendly helpful welcoming. It is an absolutely fabulous place to stay rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. A lot of space. Location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and boardwalk and beach. Had a private balcony the only drawback is it wasn’t beachfront pricing was reasonable. In all honesty I would stay again but I wish it was ocean front.

This hidden gem is located within walking distance to the convention center. The rooms are very clean. The bedroom is located towards the back, providing a quiet sleep when people are walking buy. The entire property is well maintained. We used the small kitchen and shared grill area. The pool has plenty of chairs and lounges for the guest. Lovely experience staying here

Cleanest hotel ever!! We were there for 4 nights. The staff was so kind and friendly. A sweet family owned hotel. A short walk to the boardwalk. The pool was clean, and had lots of seating and lounge chairs. A great lounge to change in if you arrive before your room is ready. Loved it!!
