The Paradise Inn receives mixed reviews, with recent renovations and new management seemingly improving the experience. While cleanliness and location are generally positive, concerns persist regarding parking, outdated furnishings, and inconsistent service. Recent guests highlight the friendly staff and upgraded facilities, but older reviews detail significant issues with mold, lack of amenities, and unresponsive management.
Room was CLEAN! Stayed in other places in wildwood which were disgusting and falling apart. This room was clean and not all busted up. Would definitely return. Easy access to the boardwalk, Restaurants nearby, and like I said... clean.
I stayed at Paradise Inn in July and it was the worse experience I ever had in a hotel. When our family arrived at the hotel, there was no internet for days( this was challenging with children). The microwave in the room couldn’t even Pop a popcorn. The microwave had mold, I saw mold on the lamps and in the bathroom. My family got sick while staying in the rooms with Mold. We experienced migraine headache, lethargic, fatigue and just not our normal selves. I communicate all my concerns to the front desk, I was told messages were sent to management and nothing was resolved. This is the worst hotel to stay at PERIOD. If there was a zero star option, that’s what this hotel would get .
Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and the location is great for the pier and beach, just a straight shot down the road. The pool is nice for hanging out and relaxing in, not very big but that's what the ocean is for right. Would stay again The only real issue is the parking lot is for like 8 cars and it's the side of a half court for basketball. They will give passes for the street IF the lot is full so if there's on kanky spot left ...good luck.
Hotel was very clean and has an amazing shower. Bed was comfy in my opinion. My daughter loved the pool. It was also 1.5 short blocks from the boardwalk, which put is pretty much right in the middle of it. Staff was super friendly. Definitely plan to stay here again.
The rooms are outdated and very low budget. Furniture didnt leave any room to move or put down luggage. The beds are not comfortable, make noise. Loved the modern shower. The hotel reception had a funny smell. Parking and location of the hotel are good, just a few minutes from the boardwalk.
Great experience at the Paradise Inn. Very good value. Nice shower. Only a block and the half from the boardwalk so great location. The pool was clean. The parking lot is pretty small but that’s the only issue I had but it is a nonissue because parking was still provided and they will help park your car for you if needed. Check em out.
Sucks. Just plain out sucks. No parking, small pool. Children being children and yelling. Pool railing coming out of ground. I asked the lady where to park cause we had two cars her reply was I don't know. Only 2 towels for 4 guest in 1 room . Small room says balcony but not a real balcony. Showers are nice would be nicer if the sliding door stayed shut I had to wedge a wash cloth between the doors to keep it shut. Bed are like sleeping on a wooden ply wood. For the price I was at least hopping a decent bed . The towels given when we asked for more they had stains on them. Very low star motel good for a small budget maybe. Not enough parking cost 12.95 for 3 hours at the meter where you have to use some not us e r friendly app. Asked for first floor had resevatios for 1st floor but was given a higher floor one of the guest is handicap so the steps were steep and difficult. Tv is hard to figure out. Couldn't watch it
The staff was very friendly. Great location! Rooms were clean however the parking was an issue on a daily basis. Never had internet. And we were told there was a $200 hold until we check out. Never received the money back and when I called six days later to confront the situation the owner told me it was too far back for him to have record of! But rooms were good for the cheap price! And had amazing showers.
This is a 2-star motel, so expectations were modest — but still, $150 a night felt steep for what we got. We were also charged a $30 early check-in fee ($20 if cash) despite informing them a week in advance, and nowhere was this fee listed or disclosed beforehand. That lack of transparency was frustrating. There was also no Wi-Fi during our entire stay. That said, the room itself was clean and the location is great — just a short walk to the beach.
Love my stay at Paradise inn the staff are very friendly and attentive, comfortable beds, nice modern bathroom. Clean area near of restaurants and 2 minutes walk from boardwalk, I will absolutely stay again in my next visit to Wildwood.
