The location is incredible. With two little kids, we took trips back to our room a lot so being able to go back from the boardwalk was worth it. The room was perfect for what we needed. A room for resting after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful for answering my questions. Parking can sell out quickly if you don’t get there early, you risk parking off site but parking is available close by if that happens.

Must know: you’re paying for location: right on the boardwalk. What they don’t tell you: you don’t have a parking spot. Parking is only available on a first come, first serve basis and it costs an extra $20 per day. If they didn’t have ONE last spot left for me, I don’t know what I would have done. Also: no elevator. The layout is awful. We had to drag our stuff up two sets of stairs. Our room technically sleeps 4, that would have been VERY tight. It was just me and my daughter and one room was much better for only two. We saw a cleaning crew, but no one ever came into our room for the duration of our stay. This was annoying - no towel replacement or a new garbage bag. It was clean and run professionally plus I loved the location. I would stay here again…hoping for a room on the first floor and fingers crossed for an available parking!

1st I would like to say is the front desk women were extremely helpful and nice. I have a hard time doing stairs, so I asked for a room with less steps and they did with no hesitation. I have to agree with other reviews, the bathroom is small and they need more outlets and shelves in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was like a pedal sink, so it had little space for your items. No coffee maker either, which I knew before I got there, because I called. (That was unusual.) I brought my own peculator. Location is great. And not too crazy about the Parking Fee: 20.00 a day. it's nice having a spot to park but charging their customers who put out their money to stay there I feel is wrong. Other motels do not charge. (most of them) I would stay there again even though I pointed out some things that I wasn't too crazy about.

Great location, staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom was typical size. Rooms were spacious. Pool was great. I do wish there were more chairs poolside. The deck area overlooking the boardwalk was lovely. It was always clean and never overcrowded. I had no issues getting a parking spot. Great 4th of July mini vacation! We had plenty of towels and the service team was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back here.

My experience was really pleasant. The hotel room itself is beautiful especially for Wildwood. I will say the bathroom is very small, the parking lot and spots are extremely small, they have very few outlets and little storage in the room. I enjoyed the deck, the pool and the beds & cleanliness of the room. The staff are very pleasant and the location is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be coming back.

Great room, friendly staff, great recommendations on where to eat. Clean pool, perfect location for the boardwalk as the beach access doesn't take a 1/4 mile walk on the sand to get to the water. Dunkin donuts a few buildings away, which was needed as there wasn't any coffee provided. Clean rooms, bathrooms could be bigger but 100% will stay there again.

Beautiful, modern looking hotel right on the boardwalk. Our room was clean and the decor was lovely. It's rare to find a boardwalk hotel that doesn't look like its still in the 1980s. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, shopping, food, and entertainment. The rooftop cabanas were a nice place to hang out in the evening.

The rooms are very nice and we are avid airbnb people. We will DEFINITELY stay at this motel again. Only thing I would say is bring a blanket because they only really give you a sheet and a little heavier sheet. Baby pool could use a new coat of pool paint but staff and rooms are very nice.

Great location right on the boardwalk and convenient to many other things nearby. We had a ground floor room which was perfect for my Dog & I for a night! The room was very clean and aside from the micro sized bathroom, it was what we needed for a night. Bed was comfy but could have used a blanket but the wall ac/heat was able to keep the room warm. If you are a larger framed person, you will struggle with the bathroom. There is only about a foot of space between the vanity and the shower door and hardly any room between the toilet and shower. This would deter me from staying here on a return trip.

We will never stay here again! Absolutely filthy and disgusting...DO NOT BELIEVE PHOTOS! THEY ARE COMPLETELY DECEIVING! My children's feet were completely black and covered in dog hair and dirt after walking around the room when we first checked in...The manager was never available and once he was, he didnt even care about how unhappy we were and offered a discount for our next stay! He is completely dillusional! There was mold in our AC unit, and when someone finally came to clean it, they barely cleaned it out, housekeeping never came to clean our room the entire stay because they said we got back to room too early! We would return around 4pm! We had to get towels and toilet paper everyday from the cart...and had to pay for parking daily on top of it all! Please, dont stay here! It is all a facade to lure you in and take your money! Worst hotel and manager is Wildwood!
