We will never stay here again! Absolutely filthy and disgusting...DO NOT BELIEVE PHOTOS! THEY ARE COMPLETELY DECEIVING! My children's feet were completely black and covered in dog hair and dirt after walking around the room when we first checked in...The manager was never available and once he was, he didnt even care about how unhappy we were and offered a discount for our next stay! He is completely dillusional! There was mold in our AC unit, and when someone finally came to clean it, they barely cleaned it out, housekeeping never came to clean our room the entire stay because they said we got back to room too early! We would return around 4pm! We had to get towels and toilet paper everyday from the cart...and had to pay for parking daily on top of it all! Please, dont stay here! It is all a facade to lure you in and take your money! Worst hotel and manager is Wildwood!

This is not a 3-star hotel but more like a one-night roadside motel. The room was generally clean, but there were many issues. 1. The room has a kitchenette with dishes, but no mugs. 2. There is no wardrobe or even a single hook to hang clothes. 3. No coffee maker in the room or at reception – not even for purchase. You’ll have to drive somewhere just to get your morning coffee. 4. We stayed off-season. It was chilly outside, and there were no blankets in the room. 5. The air conditioner was extremely noisy - every time it turned on during the night, it woke us up. 6. On the night we stayed, there was a storm and strong wind, and the hotel sign outside made loud noises that kept us awake. In summary: We booked this hotel expecting at least 3-star service, that we didn´t got. And our friends stayed at a nearby 1-star hotel for less money and had a much better experience. So better to look for other option. Not recommended.

This is your classic jersey shore style hotel with modern upgrades. The location is great with a "shorter" walk to the waters edge. Many food, drink, and shop all in short distance. The pet friendly is a plus and made our stay even more delightful. What I have to mention mostly was the great customer service not on my me but all my friends received from Tomi at the front desk. She did everything to make sure our stay was pleasant and accommodating! We will definitely return to this shore gem.

The place is decent if you don't plan on spending any time in the hotel room because the quarters are so tight. The floors need a vacuum & steam clean. The bathroom door opens on the toilet paper so if you're a bigger person, these rooms might be difficult for you. The place is not handicap friendly due to the steps but you can easily access the boardwalk from their ramp. The staff is friendly but most don't speak English so we used a translator on our phones. Parking is $20 per vehicle unless you have handicap tags. The bathrooms dispensers for soap aren't filled so bring your own mini body care items. The beds are extremely comfortable & the mini fridge fits more than I expected. I was able to keep waters & snacks for us to bring to beach in there until putting it in our cooler. They allowed us to park my kids stroller under cover down by the parking lot as well as our beach cart which was a big help. There is laundry on site but each machine/dryer costs $3 in quarters so you'll need to get change and bring your own detergent. This was extremely useful for us being as we are potty training our daughter and I like to leave without wet or candy items. We stayed 1 week and it was overall a good experience.

Amazing place to stay in wildwood. Right on the boardwalk. We booked last year when we got here the room was great. We realized we didn’t have enough beds and asked to move to a different room. They were able to accommodate us and move us to a more accommodating room. The owner/manager is great. Was up in the roof balcony with the guest watching and converting with the guests. Will be booking our next year’s stay before we leave this weekend.

While the hotel has amazing placement right on the board walk that was maybe the only good thing about our stay there. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hotel which includes what sounds like construction in the room above us. We got no sleep during our stay. Not to mention our bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t even shut it when we had to use it. There was no trashcan in our room. And on top of all of that you have to pay for parking? I will not be staying here again and I don’t recommend anyone else doing so.

The bathrooms int he rooms are tiny because they put big vanities on the bathrooms, could barely get in the bathroom, I had to go into the shower to close the door. They bait and switched us, the receipt says we were supposed to be in room 305 because we had someone who is handicapped with us. They put us on the 3 floor which wasn't what we asked for. Come to find out why we didn't get the room we requested, it's because they gave it to two of their workers. The pictures of the rooms and pool area don't match at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't stay here unless you desperately need to. They spent more money renovating the useless stuff than they did on the stuff that matters.

I have stayed at Hotel cabana now for two years in a row.It has been a comfort to stay here the rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfy. Its location on/near the boardwalk is definitely a great selling point. The front desk is always courteous and complimentary beverages are always a nice touch. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the front deck/veranda area that overlooks the boardwalk and the beach.

We had a great experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay again. The location is ideal, just steps off the boardwalk and an easy walk to the beach, making it perfect for a shore getaway. The value for the price is excellent, and check in was fast and smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a small goodie bag provided at check in. The room itself was fairly clean overall. The beds were very comfortable and appeared clean, which is always a top priority. However, the baseboards could use more attention, and the floors seemed like they had not been properly mopped, which was noticeable. The pool area was nice, but seating filled up quickly due to guests placing towels on chairs to reserve them. It was not a major issue for us since we primarily visited for the beach, but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to use the pool. Parking is another consideration. Hotel parking is twenty dollars per day, and street parking, if available, can be pricey especially during peak times. All in all, this hotel provided a great experience with friendly service, a fantastic location, and a lot of value. A few small improvements in room cleanliness would make it even better, but we still highly recommend it to others and look forward to returning.

Rooms were very spacious, newly decorated. We had double queen and it was not crowded at all. The rooms are spotless air conditioning is great not to mention the added touch of a ceiling fan. The staff couldn't be better, so polite and helpful. Definitely will be staying again
