I have been renting Unit 103 for several years now and always enjoy our stay. The unit is beautifully furnished, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great when two women are getting ready to go out! There is a fully furnished kitchen and full sized refrigerator if you want to cook. 103 has a nice view of the ocean and a balcony with chairs that is wonderful to start your morning with a cup of coffee. The condo also gives you wristbands to the pool which is privately owned. The pool has a bar and music which overlooks the ocean. Mary and John who are the owners of the condo are a pleasure to work with. They are always available by phone if you need anything because they want you to enjoy your stay and to come back. In previous years, the condos had a management company which the owners of all the condos fired and now you book directly with the owners which is such a pleasure! I already booked my reservation for next year! You won’t be disappointed with your stay in Unit 103. Thanks again Mary & John for another memorable stay this year!

This is our second time staying at the Champagne Island Resort Condos and have had a wonderful experience both times! The rooms are very clean and spacious and the process for checking in/out is easy and efficient. The outdoor balcony gives an amazing view of the ocean and is a great place to end the night with friends and family! The pool plays great music during the day and is a great place to spend a non beach day, with a bar and restaurant there as well. This building is also in a great location - easy walk to the inlet and beach. Plenty of restaurants or take out in walking distance and there is a wawa and liquor store around the corner! You will definitely experience the liveliness of this area but we did not have any issues with volume, especially at night. The staff and owners were also extremely receptive and quick to respond to any requests. My family and I are planning annual visits to Wildwood and will continue to stay here!

Stayed here for the Anglesea Blues Festival/NJ BBQ Championship. Beautiful condo in the heart of North Wildwood! Walking distance to everything going on! Short walk to the Sea Wall, Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, etc. Clean, well maintained, great WiFi, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Host was great too-provided timely, detailed check-in info, promptly responded to any message sent. Looking forward to my next stay!!! If you stay here, be sure to check out the Lighthouse at night-it’s beautiful!

AMAZING OCEAN VIEW! Plus it overlooks the pool and huge outdoor bar! The condo was super clean and walking distance to all the bars, beach and seawall! You cannot beat the price for the location! The condo is updated and in great condition! Can't wait to come back !

Probably one of the only places even worth staying at in wildwood that isn't one of the street condos. Your preference for the location can be circumstantial. If you want to be where the bar strip is, CIRC is awesome. If you want to stay close to the boardwalk, then it isn't. However, it's probably the only place I've ever stayed at in Wildwood that has a real stove, spacious room, AND a private balcony. The pool bar is also pretty cool, and it's right above Flip Flopz, which has excellent food. I stayed here last year for BCMF, and while it may have been somewhat inconvenient getting to the concert, I probably wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Wildwood. I've been to many motels in Wildwood over the course of my life, and this one is by far the best.

We stayed in condo 301 and it was absolutely beautiful and fantastic! What an adorable welcome package and thoughtful! I would absolutely love to stay in this condo again! The private balcony was cute, and the larger shared one was perfect to see the ocean even with fog! The amenities are beautiful newly upgraded everything! Five stars for this condo unit!

Rooms were nice & clean. It was in a good location. Security was not good & we felt uncomfortable. The pool is open to anyone not just guests of the resort. They also have access to your balcony right outside the sliding glass door. The main doors were wide open at all times. The security code was never needed. The bar allows patrons to walk into the loby at all times with easy access to the upstairs condos. The worst was the noise. The bar downstairs has live entertainment a few days/week & it's so ridiculously loud & unnecessary it was impossible to sleep & goes on till 2 am. Not ideal for kids. They can't use the pool on the weekends.

Fabulous place to stay with a smooth check-in! I loved how it was within walking distance to the beach and everything else in the North Wildwood entertainment district. We stayed in room 209 and enjoyed the patio that looked out onto the ocean and the soothing sound of the waves. The view was great, especially at sunrise and sunset. ?? I also loved seeing the boardwalks fireworks from the third-floor deck. ? Our room was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway.?

We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo that comfortably slept 5 of us. Extremely clean and the decor was so tastefully done - beach decor without looking tacky. You could not do any better with the location. It is right across from the beach and you can walk along the sea wall in the evening. The view from the lanai is incredible! And the lanai is huge! There is a restaurant down below and a pool. You can walk to any kind of bar or restaurant that would be your vibe. You basically can park your car and not have to get back in until you sadly leave. Will be booking now for next year!!!

We stayed in unit # 208 and it did not disappoint! It was spacious, beautifully updated, comfortable with plenty of space for the 4 of us and even had 5 two nights. It has a huge patio area that looks right out to the ocean. You will not get a better view. Perfect for coffee in AM and drinks at sunset. We ate several meals out there too! I will definitely go back. Very safe as well. I love to walk the sea wall and it’s just outside your door! Highly recommend this unit!
