1 Parking Space per Room Not advised prior to booking. Rooms were clean and satisfactory for a Motel. Pool area has an 10am-8pm which is great if you are trying to sleep in. Great location one block from board walk and easy access to tram.

So I booked my room in February for a King suite kitchenette management was very unprofessional when I was given the wrong room made jokes about switching with my family for the room that they also paid for to top it off, there was no hot water for the two days I was there the lady is very unprofessional at her job. Doesn’t know how to run a hotel. Would never stay here again hope the ratings tank

Arrived at hotel. Checked in my room late because they didnt ever get my room ready. Front office people did nothing to help me. Very disrespectful. Once i got in my room i found a used condom and staind bed. UNSANITARY! I refused to stay when they offered me a different room. Debbie and her brother or whatever he is made this place one of the worst motels i stayed at!

Great location, very nice stuff. Upgraded rooms. Full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette. Super clean.

It’s been renovated.. small and cozy room size is good .. everything updated. Grilling area is great .. and the pool is nice If u planning to go to the board walk … it’s quite a walk..oh … the beach was the best

Thank you, Dolphin Inn staff. Warm, friendly, laid-back and was the best stay for the three of us. Clean pool, clean rooms, friendly staff and other guests. Location is excellent. Beach and boardwalk a block away. Duffers; two blocks the other way, kick ass ice cream sundaes, arcade and mini golf. Green liquors for some sauce. Already planning next year right back here

The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude . She had toys all over the place . She got upset that the kids were touching . How you have toys there if you know families with kids will stay for sure …. Kids are kids ( imposible to ask them “ don’t touch “ I will add some pictures so you guys can have an idea … The rooms need some love … hairs on the beds and dirty… Great location but horrible receptionist and they need to clean the rooms.

Room was ready before check in time. It was clean, roomy and my partner and I enjoyed staying here. Rico was very nice and I would stay again. Location is at the very end of the boardwalk but you can always take the train car or rent a bike. Very nice hotel

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. The establishment fabricated violations to support the cancellation of the reservation to prevent a refund. When asked about the details of the violations, the front desk receptionist was rude and condescending. When asked to stop being unprofessional, she gave the phone to a gentleman who proceeded to lie and yell from the top of his lungs. I will be reporting this establishment to the BBB for unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and illegal practices. This motel has a history of discriminatory practices with people with kids (and color) and making accusations after check in’s so that they cancel the reservation and not provide a refund.

This place isn't a bad place to stay but there are some things that did stand out that made my husband and I rate this 3 stars... First things first, the Dolphin Inn location is pretty awesome! Block away from the beach and boardwalk. To get to some of the attractions it is a walk which we didn't mind, good exercise! The rooms at first looked amazing and up to date! With more inspection this changed my mind and my thoughts on the Dolphin inn. The room had an Oder of smoke and mildew as soon as we walked in. I'm not a smoker so this bothered me I brought Febreze to fix that issue... The floors didn't feel clean walking bare foot... I had a layer of dirt walking around and gritty sand which made me wonder if they even clean the floors... not just sweep but mop them... The beds appearance wise looked great! But then they were questionable after finding hair in the bed sheet of not only one but BOTH of the beds... This grossed me out so I immediately informed cleaning services/management in a calm polite way, at this time it was 8:30 or 9 pm. Thankfully someone was still on the premises. She replaced them immediately and apologize that this wasn't the first time someone has complained. That they had a "cleaning" service to where they send out the sheets to get cleaned. She showed me as she was replacing and inspecting the new sheets they had dull stains that were there but they were clean. They came out of plastic wrap... Okay. Here's where I question this... I laid on the bed as soon as she left. THE "NEW" clean sheets she just replaced on the bed realizing my whole back was getting wet! The ones we have received were DAMP... We checked the other bed, didn't have this problem. She also replaced the blankets too but they were warm as if they came out of the dryer... "Cleaning service?" The kitchenette was clean, opened the freezer to a strong bleach Oder. Which is good. The kitchen had pots, pans, mugs, plates, silverware, toaster oven and even a coffee pot! Wine drinkers there was no bottle opener... Overall this was very pleasing. Outside they have grills to use. We used our own spatula from the room which we cleaned. The ones on the grill where gross... The bathroom smelt clean but the shower curtain had a yellow tinge at the bottom which made me wonder if they were at all clean... They provided shampoo conditioner, bars of soap, Toilet paper, blow dryer and towels. The pool was clean, outside chairs had some black spots but I put my down my towel it was whatever. The have a place on the side to rinse off the sand from the beach. Would I stay here again? YES, but I would bring, my own sheets, a broom, Febreze and I would request to be on the TOP FLOOR... ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR YOU HEAR EVERY STEP OF THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU! If you're a light sleeper bring noise canceling buds just in case the neighbors above you start running around 1:30 am... which is past quiet hours.
