We didn’t know where to stay we’re referred here by the locals who tell me this is where they have there guests and personal friends stay I will state that not only were the rooms very clean updated and fresh we found all the set add extremely helpful.. My mother who is in her 80s complains generally every single place we have ever stayed from Hawaii to Turks and Caicos’s to Aruba my mother would complain and when she stayed here I didn’t hear one peep.. We found the front desk personnel very friendly quick and efficient.. I forget the gentleman name he was very kind to my mother and told us that if we needed anything not to hesitate and call the ground desk. The ocean front view was spectacular!! We found the restaurant down stairs it opens easy so it was easy to just have our meals there the food was delicious again my mother didn’t say a word I just couldn’t believe I found this place which is located literally on the water I could throw a pebble and our feet were on the sand. In closing, I would like to say whoever owns this. It appears to be a family run operation of the nicest folks that we’ve ever found in our 38 tenor of coming to the beach in the summer…. I will definitely tell others of its amenities.. All I can say is we will be back!!! The Brahlers !!!!

Second time staying here, usually stay at El Coronado about 1.5 miles further down into the crest. Stayed here at the Adventurer last year a few days for the first time in early fall a few weeks before they closed for the season and we enjoyed the stay so we thought after 30 years at El Coronado maybe try it for our summer vacation for a couple reasons. PROS: 1. Spacious Rooms 2. Clean Hotel, Rooms and Common Areas 3. Oceanfront 4. Right by Boardwalk Entrance 5. Parking was never an issue 6. Free Ice 7. Nice Large Table & 4 Chairs to eat 8. Nice Large Refrigerator 9. No Chairs on Pool Deck Reservation Only 10. Free Shampoo Conditioner Bodywash 11. Nice 100% Cotton Towels in Bathroom 12. Free Towel Service by the Pool 13. Restaurant on Site 14. Two TVs in the Room one a smart TV 15. Really Good Breakfast Sandwiches at Restaurant Pricey but Good Quality 16. Covered Patio 3 Seasons Room by Pool so even if raining can hang out play games or watch TV, vending machines ect 17. Heated Pool ( good on chilly nights ) 18. Ever so Slightly Cheaper than El Coronado CONS: 1. One Bed EXTREMELY saggy in center where your feet are higher than your head because your center sinks in so low. The other bed was fine. Aching Back the next day not fun :( 2. Some routine maintenance needed ( ceiling tile in bathroom falling down & wallpaper peeling multiple spots ) 3. Elevators Really Slow & Few for size Hotel ( waited about 20 Minutes in UnderGarage for Elevator) 4. Pool on smaller Side Overall a Nice Hotel in a Great Location with Spacious Rooms. If it wasn't for the one mattress being so saggy it would have been a five stars ( would let the ceiling tile & wallpaper slide) :)

Not sure who is in charge here but it’s a disaster. Been coming to this hotel every year for 15+ years. I’ll be looking elsewhere next year. The check in process has been a nightmare, an entire staff of kids that don’t care. So disappointed, this is suppose to be a nice family vacation. Won’t be getting another dime from me this whole trip.

We come back year after year. Great spot because its quiet in Wildwood Crest but its at the start of the Boardwalk and right on the beach so you get the best of everything! Staff is friendly and quick to address any issues. Kids love the pool and the fire pit for smores!

The mini big refrigerator was a blessing to have in the room for sure! Plenty of parking and being right on the beach makes it an easier walk out to the ocean.

Over-sized, clean, quiet rooms as anticipated, in a superior location on the beach at the end of the boardwalk. The surprise was the generosity of the management to allow parking and pool access prior to check-in and after check-out. Furthermore, they texted us when our room was ready—early. What a gift of hospitality! Lovely restaurant, too.

Recently stayed and I would recommend this place to others. Room with an ocean view and an easy walk up to the boardwalk. I love the Crest and the entire island ??? hopefully I can return in the summer months. Btw what do you guys use to clean/wash bedding because it smelled so good all my items had the scent after I came home...makes me wanna run back down

Great value and location. We had oceanfront and steps from Wildwood boardwalk.Liked sundeck and enclosed day room below. Our room 2 tv's and separate door for bedroom. Plus, diner and bike rental shop across the street. Private balcony with chairs and little table excellent. ?

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. It is always a plus to have a full kitchen when traveling. We enjoyed a very relaxing time here. The balcony was a plus even though it wasn't a full beachfront view.

Our room was nice and clean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. We really enjoyed the restaurant located in the hotel. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. We will definitely return. The highlight was meeting Billy from Philly….so nice and welcoming.
