I stayed from 8/5/26 to 8/7/26. I didnt read any reviews until we were almost there and we drove about 3 hours so I was second guessing making the reservation. I didn't know about the $200 deposit until 15 mins before we got there, seen posts about bugs and dirty rooms and security deposits not being returned. When we checked in the woman was very nice and explained that as long as we didnt smoke in the room make a huge mess/ damage anything or drag sand into the room there would be no issues. When we checked out it was a younger man who was also very nice. Room were pretty much the same as any motel. Close to the boardwalk which was nice. The only thing we seen was a few ants in the bathroom but nothing major. Had no issues getting my deposit back and would definitely go and stay there again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Beachside Resort was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I arrived early and asked if an early check-in was available. I was told it would cost $40, which I declined. I was then told that my room was actually ready and that I could check in early if I left a good review. Once I got to the room, it was obvious it hadn't been properly prepared. There was visible damage, the room didn't appear clean, and there weren't even any blankets on the bed. I eventually found the blankets stuffed inside a cabinet, and they were stained and filthy. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, I was told to go speak with the staff in the laundry room instead. That was extremely unprofessional. The employee in the laundry room seemed annoyed that I was there and, rather than having the room properly remade, simply handed me clean sheets and a blanket and expected me to make the bed myself. Parking was another major frustration, with very limited availability and your car gets blocked in by associates. To make matters worse, I paid far too much for a room in this condition. For the price charged, I expected a clean, fully prepared room and professional customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. I ended up checking out a day early because I no longer wanted to stay. When I informed the front desk, the employee immediately became defensive and seemed more concerned with making it clear that I would not receive a refund than with asking about or addressing the problems I experienced. After my stay, my security deposit was initially returned to my account, then taken back without my consent or any explanation. I was never informed of any damages or given a reason for the charge, which only added to an already frustrating experience. The only positive aspect of this resort is its location within walking distance of the boardwalk. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've had. Between the cleanliness issues, poor customer service, questionable handling of the security deposit, and the overall lack of professionalism, I couldn't wait to leave and would not recommend staying here.

Ibrahim and Priya completely convinced me to rent the room, I got here to wildwood July 2nd, for the 4th and realized quick there wasnt any rooms in this town, but these two people made it a pleasant experience. There was only 2nd floor rooms and wife is disabled. They did not hesitate one bit to make a first floor room available. Very pleasant people they definitely made our stay here worth the while..... from this point forward we will ONLY stay at beachfront.... thank you to the staff and house keepers here especially Ibrahim and Priya..

I had a wonderful stay at Beachside Resort in Wildwood. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing beach getaway. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend Beachside Resort and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed here this past weekend and paid $360 for one night. Pretty steep but thought, no biggie, we stayed here before and loved it! We had 2 full beds instead of one queen so my husband slept in one and my one year old and I slept in the other. Soon after putting my little one to sleep, I see a bedbug crawling on the sheets above her head! My husband quickly ran over and took a picture. He went downstairs to either get us a new room or the bare minimum, a refund. The front desk was very apologetic and understood the seriousness of the situation. Due to having no rooms left (it was senior week), we agreed on a refund and discounts on future stays. I booked this room through booking.com and was told to process my refund through them. Here we are now, 3 days later, and I wake up to an email from booking.com stating that the owner doesn’t agree with issuing the refund. I understand mistakes happen but I am completely astonished by the lack of accountability. I paid over $350 for a room that had me leaving with my left arm completely covered in bedbug bites. Be cautious and book anywhere else!

An absolute gem for families! We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully updated hotel. The location is unbeatable—literally block from the Boardwalk and all other restaurants surrounding, which made getting around so easy. Our room had a huge balcony with great patio furniture, and having access to a guest grill was a fantastic perk. Speaking of grills, the kids had a blast swimming in the pool while we used the poolside gas grill! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Me and my friends arrived here for Memorial Day weekend and it was an utter disaster. First we walked into our room and it appeared clean. Do NOT be fooled. After about 20 seconds of searching, we found multiple bed bugs. The pool had alcohol cans in it and food sitting at the bottom. If you are considering booking here save yourself the time and money and stay home.

Whatever you do. Please don’t stay here !!!! Sleep under the boardwalk first. Better chance at staying away from mold dirt bugs and god only knows what else !!! Simply put if it too cheap to be true. This hotel/motel / dive certainly is !!!!

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at and they are infested with bed bugs. They stated I would get a full refund for the inconvenience and they never gave me one. The only reason they have good reviews is because they beg their customers over and over to write good reviews. I do not recommend staying at this gross hotel ever!!!!
