I had a wonderful stay at Beachside Resort in Wildwood. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing beach getaway. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend Beachside Resort and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed here this past weekend and paid $360 for one night. Pretty steep but thought, no biggie, we stayed here before and loved it! We had 2 full beds instead of one queen so my husband slept in one and my one year old and I slept in the other. Soon after putting my little one to sleep, I see a bedbug crawling on the sheets above her head! My husband quickly ran over and took a picture. He went downstairs to either get us a new room or the bare minimum, a refund. The front desk was very apologetic and understood the seriousness of the situation. Due to having no rooms left (it was senior week), we agreed on a refund and discounts on future stays. I booked this room through booking.com and was told to process my refund through them. Here we are now, 3 days later, and I wake up to an email from booking.com stating that the owner doesn’t agree with issuing the refund. I understand mistakes happen but I am completely astonished by the lack of accountability. I paid over $350 for a room that had me leaving with my left arm completely covered in bedbug bites. Be cautious and book anywhere else!

An absolute gem for families! We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully updated hotel. The location is unbeatable—literally block from the Boardwalk and all other restaurants surrounding, which made getting around so easy. Our room had a huge balcony with great patio furniture, and having access to a guest grill was a fantastic perk. Speaking of grills, the kids had a blast swimming in the pool while we used the poolside gas grill! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Me and my friends arrived here for Memorial Day weekend and it was an utter disaster. First we walked into our room and it appeared clean. Do NOT be fooled. After about 20 seconds of searching, we found multiple bed bugs. The pool had alcohol cans in it and food sitting at the bottom. If you are considering booking here save yourself the time and money and stay home.

Whatever you do. Please don’t stay here !!!! Sleep under the boardwalk first. Better chance at staying away from mold dirt bugs and god only knows what else !!! Simply put if it too cheap to be true. This hotel/motel / dive certainly is !!!!

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at and they are infested with bed bugs. They stated I would get a full refund for the inconvenience and they never gave me one. The only reason they have good reviews is because they beg their customers over and over to write good reviews. I do not recommend staying at this gross hotel ever!!!!

No coffee pot, no cups. Small fridge with no freezer. Rooms were small. No clothes hangers & 3 drawers. Water pressure good, showers hot. Pool too cold to swim. Mattress was not comfy. Other one was.

Good service, located conveniently down the strip from the boardwalk, bars, restaurants, liquor store and a club open until 3am for anyone interested in partying. Nice deck where you can relax, the pool area was clean and has grills as well. Me & my kids enjoyed our labor day weekend here!

The parking rules with this place is ridiculous. it’s first come first serve and if you’re pulled in all the way, someone has to double park behind you and if you want to leave, you have to go to the front desk and ask them to move the person‘s car which takes forever both times I waited at least 15 minutes and sometimes they don’t make the owner give the keys so it’s even longer wait . some people don’t give them their keys so other people are stuck in while we were told we have to give our keys if we’re parked on the double parked, which isn’t fair. the room itself wasn’t bad but for the price things could be much cleaner, found stains of what looked like a booger on the blanket and some towels that where given had stains on it. the tv was nice the bathroom was okay the pool was nice lots of people blasting there own music and running around . for 500$ for two nights in a one bed you’d expect a little more….
