Aqua Beach Hotel receives mixed guest reviews, with some praising its location and amenities while others express concerns about cleanliness, room conditions, and customer service. Recent feedback highlights inconsistent experiences, particularly regarding room maintenance and staff responsiveness.
The young lady that waited on me .I forgot her name she had a purple earring in her nose. She was so sweet and so polite. They are the kinda of people that everyone should always have working at their front desk.
This weekend I stayed at this hotel with three rooms and there was one worker that was rude she spoke lowly of me and was very condescending. The day before leaving I gave towels in and she wouldn’t believe me and refused to check the cameras insisting that I was lying. overall the hotel is good it’s just this worker that was horrific.
Our stay at the Aqua Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was everything, right next to the beginning of the boardwalk, across the street from the beach! We stayed in early October in the PALMS room, with the private balcony on the 5th floor. WE LOVED THE VIEW! The rooftop sun deck with hammocks was exquisite! The only downside was that the bedroom was located in the front, with a large window with light filtering blinds. Room darkening curtains should be installed, so the sunlight won't bother those who prefer to sleep late on vacation. Otherwise the stay was impeccable!
BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I have gone to this hotel for the past 2 years for the Oldies weekend. It is a nice place and I feel well maintained. I book 2 rooms for friends and this year I have 3 more couples going and staying there. Unfortunately, I recently fell and will need hip surgery the week of the 20th. I needed to cancel my reservation and even just asked for credit and I was told by them that I will lose the $400 that I put down on 2 rooms. I find this outrageous, but I will admit I didn't read the fine print. I just feel that they could take this situation as an exception and I was told no! I can even present proof of my unfortunate situation, but still they refused. I can assure you, I will not be going back there anymore and the 5 rooms I am responsible for this year will definitely be going elsewhere next year!
My husband and I went for our honeymoon at the end of September and it was the perfect time to go! We got to spend a good amount of time in pool and hot tub. The hotel was located near the beach and a lot of restaurants! The staff was nice and friendly and the room service was consistent. The prices for our room was super reasonable since it was after summertime. I definitely plan on staying here again next year if possible!
Great location for beach and boardwalk. Very clean and friendly staff. We had a great stay. The only complaint is the lights outside the rooms are so bright and the blinds do not keep the light out of the room at night so it was like sleeping with a light on in the room. Curtains may help this. I like to sleep in a dark room so that took getting use to.
The location of Aqua Beach is top notch, conveniently located at the start of the boardwalk. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part, however, the bedroom windows have blinds that allow so much light in! There is a light outside of the door which makes it impossible to sleep. Please invest in some room darkening curtains! The bed, sheets, and pillows were awful. My husband and I had the worst sleep of our lives here. The sheets feel like sandpaper and the pillows and flat and hard. The sheets had an orange stain all over them upon arriving. The towels were just as bad. The parking is horrible! The mattress was thin and noisy. The pull out bed was even worse and I’m glad we didn’t bring guests to stay in that bed! The parking spots are so tight, that we watched other guests struggle to get in and out without banging the car next to them with the door. Unfortunately I was a victim of this, and got a nice ding and paint scratch on my Bronco. I must say The staff was friendly and check in and check out was easy. It eas a windy weekend when we went and The pool is located where the wind doesn’t affect the area, so using the pool and hot tub was relaxing. there seemed to be enough chairs for everyone.
My family spent 2 nights. For a hotel in Wildwood it was ok. We needed the room for 4 adults. So the extra sofa bed was helpful. The place was clean, smelled okay and had everything a family would need for a few days. Full fridge, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, glasses and an extra sink and blow dryer outside the bathroom which made getting ready for 4 people helpful. The elevator broke one day but it wasn’t a terrible walk. The roof top hammocks and sitting was nice. We picked a rainy time to visit but it didn’t deter from us having a good time. Parking is tight! Life cubes cost money There is a washer and dryer for all to share Every room has a chair outside. When we needed extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed they were delivered 1/2 later. Service was good
So Far, so good.Everything is super clean, employees are nice. Only complaint is that the sun and the light at night shine very brightly into the room. Having a pool facing room has a lot of noise and a lot of kids and a lot of adults yelling. There's a posted sign that no children under 16 are allowed in the hot tub.And yet they are always in the hot tub, all day and night. It is dangerous for kids under 5 because they can't regulate their temperature like adults.
Decent Wildwood hotel. Rooms and facility was clean and staff was helpful when needed. Only issue we had with our stay is that the towels are literally like sandpaper. For the amount per night this was a huge disappointment, literally the worst towels I have ever experienced in any stay in my entire life. Other guests confirmed same. GET BETTER TOWELS AND MAYBE WE CAN CONSIDER COMING BACK!!!
