We had a great stay at this motel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the service was excellent from start to finish. Overall, a great experience and super close to the boardwalk! We’ll definitely be back!

Young guy at the front was awesome. Ended up having many different conversations with him about a lot of stuff. The rooms were spotless, shower was great, perfect location being only a block from the shore. Great experience for the price. And after staying once your next stay is 15% off. Definitely going back by the end of this summer

Not very clean. Lots of damage in the room and sand on everything. Somehow the pictures I took of the huge stain in the one bed is gone. Had to go get wash cloths and towels on the first day. Light in the kitchen didnt work. The picture on top of the cabinet is the cut from the outlet install and was never cleaned up. Example of the cleaning that takes place here. Handles missing off drawers. They have 1 remote control for 3 TV's. The wifi signal is terrible and the TV's dont work well at all. The shower was ok with plenty of hot water. No antiscold device so be careful with your little ones. The Air Conditioners are old window shakers so it is very loud. Beds are very uncompfortable and cheap. Location is very good being a block or so off the boardwalk. The views were a side of a building and a huge trash pile. Parking isnt the best but better than trying to find parking. Would not visit this place again.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and we had constant issues with this place. The shower reeked of sewage and the shower head was rusted, which made the bathroom stink the whole trip. When we entered the room, the AC was off and there were no towels. The freezer was also abnormally small and melted all of our frozen food. They claim that they unplug the fridge/freezer as guests leave the room and turn them back on right before guests enter. When we complained about the bathroom and AC, the manager acted as though this was normal and treated us horribly. He did not seem to care or try to make things right. The parking was a complete nightmare. Everyone was parked on the line and there was very little space to get out comfortably. The only good things were the pool and the location of the hotel since it was close to everything. Overall, I would not recommend. It’s not worth the price at all.

Staff are polite and friendly, the beach is super close by and Theres a dollar store across the road. Parking was a little tight, and the bathroom door in our room wouldnt fully close but i would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend

I stayed here March 6 (arrived ~9:30 PM after an 8-hour drive) and had a terrible experience. Check-in took over 20 minutes with virtually no guidance on parking or where our room was. The room was filthy on arrival — floors not swept or mopped (hair, dirt, stains), stained sheets with hair, one stained/cigarette-burned comforter for four guests, stained towels, soap scum and toothpaste on the vanity with red drips down the front, and a shower covered in mold, soap scum, and hair. Walls and windows had drips and dirt. We reported it immediately. We were given one extra set of bedding and promised the room would be cleaned between 6:45 AM–12:30 PM. We returned at 12:30 PM to find it still filthy. The desk attendant eventually brought a housekeeper who gave us 3 towels and 2 sheets and said cleaning was coming — but by ~10 PM the room still hadn’t been touched. When I called the numbers at the desk, one person hung up on me and another threatened to call the police because I was upset. Only at 10 PM did they offer to move us — with two children and an early departure the next morning, that wasn’t a real solution. I also spoke with other guests who reported similar issues. We cut our 3-night stay short because the conditions were unacceptable. At no point were we offered a refund or any real concern from staff. Avoid this place — it’s unsanitary and management’s response was unprofessional.

The room was okay but dirty. Mirrors were not cleaned , silverware was dirty, we had to ask for towels , more blankets , the pictures online did not match the room we thought we were getting. We went to family dollar for our own cleaning supplies to mop and make it feel somewhat comfortable.

Booked 2 bedroom house. Get there at 9pm to check in its 25° outside. The rude staff member walks us to house and has no heat, can see breath inside room. Makes wife, 2 kids, elderly mom wait outside for +3 hours. Till past midnight "trying to fix heater". Couldn't fix and wouldn't return money... put us is small motel room that were so dirty and didn't have comforters on beds, poop stains in toilet, dirty sheets, we had to sleep 1 night as it was so late. But got out 1st chance we could. Sad we lost so much money as he refused to refund money even tho we paid for 2 bedroom house and were unable to stay in due to them....will be taking to civil court as they ruined vacation. Unfortunately pictures dont do it justice for the room he put us in after unable to provide the room we paid for and refunding absolutely $0 for while stay..... beware of this place

Coastal sands inn are scam artists and do not advertise their property accurately. do not stay here, they are crooks! In addition, Booking.com is the most dishonest booking site I've ever used. They do not have the back of their customers. We booked a 2 bed house, 1030 sq ft, on the beach. When we went to check in, after driving 10 hours, we checked in and the manager took us to the small apartment (not a full house) and the heater didn't work. The place was no bigger than 500 sq ft. You could see your breath inside and we have 2 children and a senior with us. We couldn't stay there and the manager of COASTAL SANDS in Wildwood NJ refused to do anything. It took 3 hours and a police to come for the manager to give us 2 disgusting, dirty uncleaned motel rooms it the motel section of the hotel. It was ridiculous. They refused to give us a refund besides the fact that they could not accommodate us with what we actually booked, which was faultless advertised by booking .com and coastal sands. They are scam artists. Booking.com also refused to do anything every tho they are in violation of consumer act of 2015 for false advertising and not able to provide that we contractually paid for. We are sui g both parties with legal litigation. Also reported to bbb and resolver. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM OR COASTAL SANDS INN, NJ

We were supposed to get a room with a king size bed and when we got here we had a room with two twins whatever that's not that bad but the room was disgusting the floor had hair,dirt and stains all over it the bathroom had what looked like pubes on the floor the shower wasn't cleaned because there was someone from the last stays soap stuck to the wall, the pillows were throw pillows,you could just tell it wasn't cleaned what's so ever. I know it's off season but if you're gonna host guest you should atleast make sure it's clean.
