The room was okay but dirty. Mirrors were not cleaned , silverware was dirty, we had to ask for towels , more blankets , the pictures online did not match the room we thought we were getting. We went to family dollar for our own cleaning supplies to mop and make it feel somewhat comfortable.

Booked 2 bedroom house. Get there at 9pm to check in its 25° outside. The rude staff member walks us to house and has no heat, can see breath inside room. Makes wife, 2 kids, elderly mom wait outside for +3 hours. Till past midnight "trying to fix heater". Couldn't fix and wouldn't return money... put us is small motel room that were so dirty and didn't have comforters on beds, poop stains in toilet, dirty sheets, we had to sleep 1 night as it was so late. But got out 1st chance we could. Sad we lost so much money as he refused to refund money even tho we paid for 2 bedroom house and were unable to stay in due to them....will be taking to civil court as they ruined vacation. Unfortunately pictures dont do it justice for the room he put us in after unable to provide the room we paid for and refunding absolutely $0 for while stay..... beware of this place

Coastal sands inn are scam artists and do not advertise their property accurately. do not stay here, they are crooks! In addition, Booking.com is the most dishonest booking site I've ever used. They do not have the back of their customers. We booked a 2 bed house, 1030 sq ft, on the beach. When we went to check in, after driving 10 hours, we checked in and the manager took us to the small apartment (not a full house) and the heater didn't work. The place was no bigger than 500 sq ft. You could see your breath inside and we have 2 children and a senior with us. We couldn't stay there and the manager of COASTAL SANDS in Wildwood NJ refused to do anything. It took 3 hours and a police to come for the manager to give us 2 disgusting, dirty uncleaned motel rooms it the motel section of the hotel. It was ridiculous. They refused to give us a refund besides the fact that they could not accommodate us with what we actually booked, which was faultless advertised by booking .com and coastal sands. They are scam artists. Booking.com also refused to do anything every tho they are in violation of consumer act of 2015 for false advertising and not able to provide that we contractually paid for. We are sui g both parties with legal litigation. Also reported to bbb and resolver. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM OR COASTAL SANDS INN, NJ

We were supposed to get a room with a king size bed and when we got here we had a room with two twins whatever that's not that bad but the room was disgusting the floor had hair,dirt and stains all over it the bathroom had what looked like pubes on the floor the shower wasn't cleaned because there was someone from the last stays soap stuck to the wall, the pillows were throw pillows,you could just tell it wasn't cleaned what's so ever. I know it's off season but if you're gonna host guest you should atleast make sure it's clean.

Wonderful staff and the rooms were very comfortable nice beds, pillows, and blankets. The property has extra amenities like the deck with grills outdoor shower to rinse off and icemaker.. location to beach was amazing and totally worth rebooking on a different vacation trip.

The folks who run this place are kind and helpful. BUT, our first room had a broken shower - the guy came to help, and got it to turn on, but when one of us showered, it wouldn’t turn off. The guy had to come back up - he couldn’t turn it off either. They moved us to another room - a little bigger, which was nice. But this room had ZERO bedside tables and the duvets were in a cabinet instead of on a bed. Parking is awful - many spaces require double parking and the driveway to single spaces is so narrow that if anyone does a poor parking job, everyone is screwed. The location is great but I wouldn’t book with them again.

? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID COASTAL SANDS INN ? We stayed at Coastal Sands Inn and had a horrifying experience. When my dad went to simply open the shower door, the glass completely shattered on him, cutting his hands and legs. This was not only shocking but extremely dangerous, a guest should never have to worry about being injured by something as basic as a shower door in their motel room. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of care from management. The manager showed zero concern, no apology, and made no effort to take responsibility for what happened. My dad was hurt, and instead of offering help or even acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they did nothing. I’m honestly relieved that my family didn’t end up in that same room. I have little kids, and after seeing this happen, I was terrified thinking about what could have happened to them. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and run by people who clearly don’t care about their guests’ well-being. If you value your safety, do NOT stay at Coastal Sands Inn. And to make matters worse, when we tried to reach out to the manager again the next morning, he never responded back.

What a delightful family-owned motel! The customer service was outstanding and the owners went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The location couldn’t be beat, and the price was great for what you get. Our room was clean, updated, and comfortable. You’re within walking distance of the boardwalk, so you really don’t need to move your car at all. From our room location on the 3rd floor, we could see the boardwalk and an ocean-side view from the balcony. We had such a great stay and would definitely return!

Just got back from our annual wildwood trip. We go every year for the beach blast soccer tournament. This year we chose the coastal sands inn because of location. We couldn't have been happier. The rooms were spotless. The staff was amazing! Our entire team stayed there with no complaints. We can't wait to book our trip with them again next year!

My experience was amazing I felt very relaxed the entire time. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. They were nice people I was so comfortable. The rooms were clean, view is great and not far from beach/boardwalk and local stores. Cannot wait to stay again next time I enjoyed my time there.
