BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! This place is disgusting , absolutely infested with bed bugs. We had 2 families staying in 2 different rooms and they were both crawling in bugs. They refused to refund us and also ended up calling police to escort us out . Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else in the area. You’ll be better off than this dump

Booked two rooms and found bed bugs in both corners. Requested a refund with no issue from the Fri t general manager Susan and she wouldn’t do so. She was showed videos of the room and escorted up with a police officer and she said they don’t look like bed bugs. Like come on now. I’ll upload them here for everyone to use their judgement

Draft Google review about the Seaport Suites in Wildwood. Service is extremely slow. General Manager was working front desk and practices absolutely no discretion. Reading people’s license numbers aloud. Saying people’s room numbers aloud repeatedly where other guests to hear. When it was my turn at the desk, she stated my balance aloud. Read my license plate number aloud despite my showing it to her discretely. Then read my room number aloud twice in the midst of a crowded lobby. I asked for an iron and she stated it would need to be delivered to me after telling another staff member she had some in the room behind the desk. Got to the room and it was dirty and had not been turned from the previous guests. Went downstairs and asked for another room. And stood waiting whilst the GM and housekeeper conversed about whether the room was actually dirty… Finally was assigned another room. Given an iron. Only to get to the room and find the door propped open and a housekeeper cleaning up a puddle in front of the refrigerator and showing me that the freezer was malfunctioning. I asked where the ironing board was and she stated that they should have given me one with the iron. I went back to the desk and informed the GM that I was now late to my meeting and the room was still not ready. I asked her to have the owner called me and she dismissed me. She told me she was the GM and I assured her I remembered her from before and wanted to speak to the owners within the hour. She stated the regional sales director could call me but it would probably be tomorrow. I asked her to please try to have her call me within the hour and she refused again. I asked her to please try and she said she would try and then looked away.

My family and I recently spent the weekend at this hotel and had a very positive experience. Historically, I've been hesitant about New Jersey shore hotels due to past encounters with outdated or poorly maintained accommodations. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It is relatively new and exceptionally clean. Our room featured two queen beds and a pull-out couch, all of which were comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the unit included two televisions, a full-sized refrigerator, and a microwave, which proved quite convenient. The showers were equipped with shampoo, conditioner and even body wash. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is just a five-minute walk to the boardwalk, with numerous dining options nearby. While we did not use the pool, it appeared clean and offered ample seating for guests. Although this hotel may not be considered luxurious or equipped with extensive amenities beyond the pool, it provides a clean and comfortable environment that serves as a perfect base for beach activities. I would certainly choose to stay here again.

We stayed at seaport suites from Monday-Thursday! 3 adults and 1 child toddler age, and we over all enjoyed our stay! Loved how close the walk was to the board walk! Very clean room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shower pressure was mediocre but not horrible. The pool was very nice and clean as well. However my ONLY complaint was the person above us, sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at night. made it difficult to sleep the first 2 night we were there. So my advice if you want to avoid that is ask for a room on the top floor maybe? Valet parking was also nice but everytime you want to get something from your car or leave you have to wait for staff to get you your keys they take them from you when you get there. Overall we will definitely stay here next year for our next trip to wildwood! Also if you want a balcony there are none at this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights with my daughter and her friend. I booked this hotel for proximity to the boardwalk and the fact it had a separate bedroom for the girls, and the pullout couch for myself. I wanted to give the 2 teen girls some privacy. I did not realize the bedroom has NO door on it. So be aware of that. The hotel room was nice and clean. I did have to ask for an extra blanket for the pull out couch as none were provided in the room. Staff were nice and accommodating. The shower did made a loud noise when on. It was definitely hotter on the pullout couch as the AC unit is in the bedroom. There is a social club attached to the hotel and our second night there was loud music playing until 1 am. Not ideal when we had to wake up early and pack and check out. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and you really cannot beat the location to the boardwalk.

Our stay was Thursday-Sunday, 4 adults 3 kids and it was probably one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere! The suites are clean, beautiful, and have everything you need. The pool and cabanas are clean, beautiful, and very comfortable! Less than 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and the bar/restaurant attached to the air bnb was wonderful! There were a ton of kids during our stay and from our room you couldn’t even tell, it was so quiet and peaceful! We do this trip yearly for my daughter’s birthday and I can assure we will return to this same location every single year! I 100% recommend them and give a 10/10!

Fully enjoyed our time at the seaport suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 4 blocks from the boardwalk and rides. Free valet parking. The pool with the cabanas was awesome we spent a whole day just hanging out there. I highly recommend .

The accessibility for wheelchair users in this hotel is very limited. The bathroom in my hotel room had a regular sink and not an accessible sink that I could fit my legs under. I had to turn at an awkward angle to manage to use the sink for the time I stayed and that was very difficult. Also, there is no accessible way to get to the pool area for a wheelchair. There were only stairs. There should be an easy and smooth way to get there. Also, when I made the reservations for the rooms my family and I stayed at, they said that there would be three beds in the accessible room and two in the other room. But the accessible room had only two beds and the regular room had just one bed. They lied to me about the details of my room.

Location and cleanliness is the only decent thing about this place. There are no balconies, and the Two Queen Suite that we stayed in feels like a dungeon with one tiny window. They have nowhere to dry your towels or suits and no self parking. Also, you can't even bring your own water cup to the pool area. Never again.
