I have not been there,,Ihad a trip planned this week until there was a sudden death in the family. I called to see if we could change, knowing that it might not be possible and I was ok with that. It was the horrible customer service given by the girl on the phone... Without giving us time to ask if we would use as a credit..she did not even offer to see if there might be something that she could do... her words were sharp and short. Never expressed condolences and when I said that one of us would go alone, not letting me finish my statement, she said ""too bad." I am a Customer Service trainer...Totally surprised, actually appalled, with the entire conversation. I gave up my deposit, which was expected as I cancelled after the conversation. Never will attempt to visit this establishment.I hope she is nicer in person.

How is nobody talking about these beds??? The most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered at a resort/hotel. TERRIBLE!!! I called the front desk at 6am the first morning and asked if all the beds are the same in all the rooms. I would have been more than willing to upgrade if it was an option but it’s not, they’re ALL the same. They did offer an egg crate mattress topper thing which they brought up to the room while we were out. It helped a little but still was not good. If I had more than 2 nights booked there I would have left, I couldn’t do another night in that bed. Rooms are large, clean, ocean view, balcony but in need of updates. Staff was polite. Breakfast was good. I would stay again IF beds are updated.

We have not stayed at the reges in 6 years, we have not been to the shore since then. We always loved staying here. The staff were very attentive and warm. The rooms do need to be updated. Internet ready tvs would be a great uodate to enjoy a catch up on shows at night. My bed was very uncomfortable. Our room had a toilet seat with 2 big chips on the seat, gross. The shower drain was rusty. I was sad that they stopped the towel service at the pool. The heated pool was still nice, lobby clean and neat. One of the elevators were down during our stay, I'm sure it will be back to running soon. The front desk was able to get us an early check-in, which was great. The location is always great, who doesn't love that beach view from your balcony!!! Some of the drawer handles on the dresser were sticky when first arriving to our room but the housekeeping staff redeemed themselves by keeping our room serviced andwell stocked during our stay. I love having my bed made during my vacation, and Dawn did not disappoint!!! I'm sure we will give it another try our next trip, you can't beat the staff, view and location.

Everything is there but only found 1 outlet near floor. Table lamp had charging base but did not work. Otherwise perfect location for beach ,pool or hot tub. On site eatery great for quick low cost breakfast.

The perfect place in Wildwood Crest. The staff makes you feel like family. Beachfront piece of heaven. The best review is that the majority of the rooms are filled with people coming back year after year!

Room was quite nice, not enough access to room electric outlets. Otherwise very accommodating family place. Pool and hot tub excellent. Location to ocean excellent, right on the waterfront.

Great location, pool area is kept very nice, suites are great. Good little restaurant on site with a service window so you can walk right up from the beach.

Our first time staying! All oceanfront rooms which is rare. Very clean. Great staff and Lobby. Very Nice pool, restaurant and on the beach. See ya’ again soon! A+++

Very happy with our stay! We will definitely return and recommend to others! The place is very clean, the rooms are well appointed, and you can’t beat the location!

Amazing place to stay. Will definitely return. Only thing that bothered me, I couldn't smoke on my own balcony. I understand to charge people for amoking if they leave a mess, but if im paying that much for a room it would be nice to relax on the balcony and smoke. Not go down 7 floors to do so. Otherwise, amazing.
