We have not stayed at the reges in 6 years, we have not been to the shore since then. We always loved staying here. The staff were very attentive and warm. The rooms do need to be updated. Internet ready tvs would be a great uodate to enjoy a catch up on shows at night. My bed was very uncomfortable. Our room had a toilet seat with 2 big chips on the seat, gross. The shower drain was rusty. I was sad that they stopped the towel service at the pool. The heated pool was still nice, lobby clean and neat. One of the elevators were down during our stay, I'm sure it will be back to running soon. The front desk was able to get us an early check-in, which was great. The location is always great, who doesn't love that beach view from your balcony!!! Some of the drawer handles on the dresser were sticky when first arriving to our room but the housekeeping staff redeemed themselves by keeping our room serviced andwell stocked during our stay. I love having my bed made during my vacation, and Dawn did not disappoint!!! I'm sure we will give it another try our next trip, you can't beat the staff, view and location.

Everything is there but only found 1 outlet near floor. Table lamp had charging base but did not work. Otherwise perfect location for beach ,pool or hot tub. On site eatery great for quick low cost breakfast.

The perfect place in Wildwood Crest. The staff makes you feel like family. Beachfront piece of heaven. The best review is that the majority of the rooms are filled with people coming back year after year!

Room was quite nice, not enough access to room electric outlets. Otherwise very accommodating family place. Pool and hot tub excellent. Location to ocean excellent, right on the waterfront.

Great location, pool area is kept very nice, suites are great. Good little restaurant on site with a service window so you can walk right up from the beach.

Our first time staying! All oceanfront rooms which is rare. Very clean. Great staff and Lobby. Very Nice pool, restaurant and on the beach. See ya’ again soon! A+++

Amazing place to stay. Will definitely return. Only thing that bothered me, I couldn't smoke on my own balcony. I understand to charge people for amoking if they leave a mess, but if im paying that much for a room it would be nice to relax on the balcony and smoke. Not go down 7 floors to do so. Otherwise, amazing.

Just had a fantastic stay over Mother's Day weekend. The view from the room was amazing and the pool was beautiful! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. Room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward for a return visit in the future!

Great location, friendly front staff, mediocre rooms in need of upgrades. I’ve stayed at the Reges in previous years and looked forward to visiting again as the location & pool was perfect for a mini summer getaway However, operations and management of the hotel is terribly deceptive. Intentionally unresponsive Inconsiderate Sets up guests to loose booking deposit. A hurricane hit the NJ shore days before my trip that was booked in January. I called the hotel to discuss my options to reschedule or cancel as I was not willing to risk the safety of my family by driving into a flood zone which also was under tornado warning. I was told that management would not even review my questions regarding my deposit until AFTER my reservation was cancelled. We waited until 24hr before our arrival date in hopes of a change in the weather reports. I again called the hotel and asked if management can be reached so we can discuss a possible resolution. I again was told that I had to cancel my reservation. We canceled due to a SEVERE WEATHER ALERT with warnings of floods, high winds, etc… This was not jut an inconvenient rain storm. I followed up in writing, made calls to the hotel, and even send a photo of the weather reports. NO RESPONSE! I finally filed a claim with my credit card company and that’s when Management finally reacted by telling Master Card that I did not cancel within policy to be refunded my deposit. MC suggested I speak with the hotel directly. That is exactly what I tried to do. My intention was to have a conversation to discuss options that would satisfy all parties. 1- Management instructed hotel staff to tell guests that questions about deposit would not be reviewed until after the reservation was cancelled. This is called ENTRAPMENT 2- even after I followed instructions management didn’t give me the courtesy of a phone call or an email response 3- Hurricanes don’t give 14day advance notice…
