Place was really run down. Staff was not professional at all. Arrived and learned that they Charge $35 Pet fee when online it said $20. The next morning leaving my room one of the staff members saw me with both Dogs and yelled across the parking lot if i had paid the pet fee. I think that was very unnecessary.

This place is terrible, extremely unclean and dirty. Beds filled with dirt and mold, and the rooms extremely small. We payed around 160 $ for ONE NIGHT (not including the 10$ parking fee and 35$ pet fee), I have been visiting wildwood for the past 20 years and I have never been charged for parking at a motel/hotel. You could easily find a way better stay for the same price, or even less. Never stay here, you will regret it.

We went to see if we could check in early, we were told our room was being clean to come back between 230-3. When we came back at 3 we were told the previous guest had not checked out and that we needed to come back later. We came back at 6 and the room was ready but had to wait for a key. When we got in the room it had a musty smell and when we went into the bathroom the ceiling was covered in mold. I do not recommend especially if you have allergies or asthma.

Called ahead of time if I’d be able to check in early she asked what time I said around 6-7 am she said that would be okay, got there around 8am told me I can’t check in till 3:00pm that no hotel allows early check in. So called back around 11 she said no rooms available for early check in then magically one became available because I gave a bad review.. well we go to room and the room was dusty and mice poop on bed and at microwave and on dresser. At this point I ask to check out of this dump. I wanted full refund but they didn’t want to give me refund

Teju was amazing at accommodating us for our stay. Awesome motel . Very clean. Comfortable beds, big tv, nice shower . Great air conditioning

Unfortunately Google doesn't allow you to give a place zero stars. Do NOT stay here. We had a room check in at 3pm, upon arrival at 430pm we were sent with keys to a disgusting, alcohol trashed fill room with an unmade bed and towels thrown about. When we went to absolve this issue, we were told housekeeping left so we were sent to a downstairs room next to a dumpster- that was ALSO not clean- a moldy coffee pot and sticky utilities. This room was also just unlocked when we arrived. The bed seemed suspicious when doing a usual check for bed bugs, dirty. This just isn't standard for anyone to stay in even if it is close to the beach. They will also do NOTHING to mitigate your concerns other than "sorry we cant do anything"

This is the perfect spot for an overnight getaway. Right off the convention center, nice view of the ocean. I’ve read so many reviews that this motel is dated, and it is, but in the most charming way. It was incredibly clean and the staff made us feel right at home. I wish I’d gotten her name when we checked n and out. Very kind and caring people passionate about the service industry! The reason I rated the rooms at five star is because I paid $98 a night to be across from the boardwalk, has a two burner stove, a midsize fridge, microwave, coffee, pot, and dishes, glasses and utensils. Queen size bed, twin size bed, and a two chair dinette. TV on an angle from the wall. Very clean, You cannot beat this at all Unless you’re looking for things to do at the hotel, but I come here for the boardwalk and the beach.

I had no reservation and stopped here after finding Rus Mar online. I’m glad I did. The location is great! Right in front of the boardwalk. Parking right in front of the room. Room is nice,clean and has a kitchenette. The front desk was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my experience here last night. I stayed in 208 I believe. Right by the boardwalk. The guy was super nice and made me and my family feel very comfortable. employee was nice enough to give me extra 10 min to get my kids situated when I was running close to my check out time. Also saw fireworks and the rooms were clean. Definitely will be back. Thank you for being so nice and polite to me and my family ! And also accommodating me when I messed up my booking !! -Cristina H
