Ginny and Bill are fantastic people and the staff are great as well! Rooms are exceptionally clean and upgraded. It's also location, location, location! Everything is nearby. You won't be disappointed.

I have never stayed in a cleaner room then at the Seagull. The owner and staff are exceptional. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Just finished a weekend stay at this motel for Thunder over the Waves air show and can't say enough good things about it. Motel is extremely clean inside and outside. We had a double room with a kitchenette, comfy beds, updated bathroom and a balcony. Motel has a pool that guests seemed to really enjoy and is kept super clean ! Maintenance people were cleaning glass around the pool and sweeping the parking lot daily. The motel owners are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and can't wait to return next year !! Thank you and your wonderful staff.

The Sea Gull Motel was a PLEASANT surprise! - The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. - The owners/staff were great! Kelsey was the best and always made sure we had what we needed. - Pool hours are 10am - 8pm which allowed for calm and quiet mornings and evenings. - There was coffee available for hours outside of the office. - There was laundry onsite. - It was within walking distance to EVERYTHING - the beach, the boardwalk, bike rentals, restaurants, ice cream, breakfast, etc. - The walk to the sand from this hotel is short, but the walk from the beginning of the sand to the water is long, but this is not the Sea Gull's fault. :) Just an FYI if you have someone who might have difficulty walking a little bit of a distance. There is a "taxi" available for a cost. If we ever visit this area again, we would stay here again for sure!

My family and I have visited three years in a row. Family owned and operated, one block from boardwalk and beach. Several restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. We love the large rooms with a good-sized kitchen, great room and two bedrooms, recently renovated. Pool and pool area, barbecue grills, outdoor showers and walkways are kept very clean. Love this place!

Stayed for a few days recently with my wife and 2 kids and loved it!!! For me I think the significant differentiator here was the above and beyond courteous staff. Through and through the staff seemed to genuinely care about us enjoying our stay (always greeted us and checked if we needed help). This was our family's first time visiting Wildwood so were learning the lay of the land. The motel is a block or so from the beach but recommend renting one of their carts/wagons as the beach is longer than other NJ beaches. Even my 2 young ones managed fine walking, on that note. We stayed in a 'F' style room and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. In fact, we were even saying how we could've easily had grandparents stay with us too. The kitchenette was clutch for us as more practical than dining out with kids in our case. We did utilize the communal grills which were very CLEAN. We didn't utilize the pool, as our focus was the beach and our duration relatively short but definitely a nice perk! I guess lastly I thought this was a great location, with the beach and boardwalk attractions easily accessible via the tram. Until next time...

I use to come here often but it’s been at least 10 years since my last stay. Finally was able to come back at the end of June 2025. The place is still amazing. I love the location , the hotel has even gotten better… which didn’t think it could. It was always great before. But you can tell they worked hard on renovating. We stayed in a little apt type room which I have never stayed in before. It was perfect for us and my 16 year old daughter. The front desk is still vey welcoming and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for a wonderful stay !!!!! We will be back much sooner than later.

The owner of the Sea Gull is wonderful. Our 2 bedroom suite was super comfortable and very clean. Only 1 block to the boardwalk. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and easily answered our questions. Can't wait for our next vacation in 2026.

This place is fantastic! It is a family-owned business and they care. We arrived to Wildwood for a basketball tournament at the convention center (just 9 block walk away, about a half mile) and I asked if I could park there at 9:30AM. They were so kind and organized that they said, 'Yes, you can park here, but we already have one room clean and available if you would like to check into the room'. At 9:30AM!!!! I think I was lucky, but that is the type of operation they have. Everything works. Everything is clean. They care. The room layout was incredibly efficient- microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, conditioner, extra electrical outlets & 2 nice beds all fit nicely in one motel room. There are deck chairs outside your door. BBQ out on the deck. All within one block of the beach. This place was great!

We had a fantastic stay over Memorial Day weekend. Our apartment was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 preteen). It had two bedrooms and a huge bathroom, and everything had been recently renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped. Parking was right in front of the apartment, and we loved how close we were to the boardwalk — just a one-minute walk! Nice pool on the premises, and free morning coffee at the office. The cleaning staff were especially lovely — friendly and hardworking, always making sure the property looked great. While the apartment is on one level and accessible to wheelchair users through the ramp, the bedrooms are on the smaller side, and the bathroom has a tub, which may not work for everyone with mobility needs. Overall, though, it was a great stay — convenient, comfortable, and family-friendly.
