As soon as I walked through the door, it occurred to me that I was brought back to the 70s and Gold Dust woman played through out the room. From the exceptionally comfortable beds to the marvelous bathroom, the room just gleamed in a 70’s vibration. There was even two extra orange chairs by the first bed that was so conveniently positioned for extra space. The lamps flickered through out the night as if we were at a disco. Ive never felt so safe as the property managers were always there when you least expect them! Have to add that the room had a glamorous musty atmosphere to it that made me realize I was living in the wrong century. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I was so thankful for the hospitality and calming presence my 2 young grandchildren and I received. I had a terrible experience with a neighboring hotel and we we were found a room here late at night. They do run a tight ship. Room was great size for the 3 of us and very clean. It’s got the old time vibe. I can’t thank them enough for the welcoming as well as the time taken to send us off at the end of our vacation. Thanks!!!!??

Very expensive. Sure you know what you sign up for but if you are going to spend $800-$1000 for 3-4 people to come to the beach for a weekend book a place beachfront and with an efficiency for the same price. Apparently for us our booking was only for 2 people and since there was more we had to pay extra, when we asked why the additional charge seemed very expensive in comparison to other places we were met with “Well what are you going to do leave? You’re already here.” This doesn’t seem very welcoming towards guests now does it? Room smelled musty as soon as we opened the door. Honestly our group joked whether or not we wanted to take off our shoes and walk barefoot in the rooms. Yuck! They were very stern on the rules and the lady at the desk is sure to tell you about them several times. I understand rules are required but to have them reiterated several times on check-in and then literally on the walls of the rooms. I just think it’s a bit inappropriate to feel the need to say this to adults. Overall very old building. Pool isn’t heated, the pool area chairs are pretty old and worn. Lastly, there was vomit on the wall of the bathroom and dried on the toilet paper when we arrived… so not sure how clean they really are here. Would not recommend and would not book again. Thanks for having us but I will not be returning.

I understand that bc of the area that motels get much higher rates than the actual quality of their rooms but this place was outrageous. It’s a place that’s really not worth more than $100 a night. And i believe that’s being generous. The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms were disgusting. The amount of paperwork I had to fill out upon arrival made me feel like I was signing my first born away. The rules are also a bit insane. My brother in law that was staying in another motel was told he could not even stand OUTSIDE our room while we were getting ready to hit the beach. Little woman came running out of the office and acted like he was a criminal. He was told to stand in the parking lot. The guy handling the ground was very nice but kind of creepy. Followed us around and made us feel awkward. Next time we come down we will plan ahead and pay the exact same rate for a much cleaner and friendlier motel.

First off, Majura is AMAZING?? so sweet, kind, funny and very informative. She’s very very thorough! You don’t see that anymore! She told us events happening in the area as well. She has to be one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Room was clean and smelled good. Was quiet there which was nice. Nice pool! Cute place with plants all over well kept by the keeper Bob. He was also very friendly as well! I think he is the house keeper. Cute and small continental breakfast. The only thing that can be changed is better beds, but this place was in the middle of everything which was nice! Our beds got made everyday by Bob. He’s a sweetheart too. We will be returning in the near future for our vacations there??
