Ms. Jane and her family are wonderful hosts. They keep the rooms and property pristine. We have frequented her business, and will continue to do so. Truly a gem of NWW!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of this and nothing else. I was in the pool and there were a bunch of the owners family including grandkids. While I understand they are family and may have more rights than me, I found it so disrespectful that the 4 adults including the owner sat there and said nothing as they watched me getting hit on the head with a water basketball and the constant slashing and bumping into me as I stood in a tiny corner to avoid them jumping by on me. I even apologized that I couldn’t move to the deeper end bc I was too short and they didn’t acknowledge me at all. Did I crack my head from the basketball? No, although it did hit my hair clip and if anyone knows what’s that’s like, it did startle me enough to look around to see what hit me. It’s the point of saying a quick I’m sorry or asking the kids to be more mindful of their surroundings since there were paying guests using the pool too. It turned a positive experience to “I guess I’m not as important since I’m not related to the owner” mentality. It’s sad to see that the adults enable these young kid’s behavior so they can continue to be rude because they feel entitled. It’s too bad because the owner was so nice to deal with. We can’t wait to come back next year but we will be staying elsewhere to avoid having to deal with the owners family and their entitled behavior.

????? We had an amazing stay at the Jade East Hotel in North Wildwood! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly, making it the perfect place for a beach getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and made some wonderful memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Jade East Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in North Wildwood!

Stayed here many times. I tried to book a room and mentioned that I had a service dog. They refused to book a room for me. They were very rude to me. This is against the ADA act. I will be reporting them. Do not stay here.

Room 209, Immaculately clean! Larger then expected. Two Twin Beds. Large refrigerator and gas range, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, Cable w 40" flat-screen TV, table with 4 chairs, living-room couch and chair, beach block.

The best home away from home. We have been visiting Jane and Steve for years. Thank you for your hospitality, courteous, and professional service. We highly recommend it...

My Mom and recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jade East motel in North Wildwood. We were there for a few days as a bonding trip. I am a big fan of the cool motels in Wildwood with the neon signs and the Jade East certainly did not disappoint at all. Owners Steve and Jane (since 1979) were extremely accommodating and kind. From the time of our arrival, everything was really great! The room was spotless, the linens were crisp and clean, the pool was crystal clear and the ac was cold. We definitely will be returning for another trip for sure! I highly recommend them for a great place with a great location and great people! Very respectfully, Jim and Patti W-

Very clean, rooms are bright and inviting, beds are extremely comfortable, on site family-owned and operated by some great folks. All the comforts of home a half block from the beach! Already made my reservations for next summer! Can't wait to go back!

Very accommodating with reservations and payments. Extremely affordable for the peak summer time. We stayed for 5 days. Room was extremely clean and modern!! We were happy with our stay.
