The rooms were decent enough but absolutely not water pressure . But everything else was horrible. If you want to smell weed all night with loud obnoxious foul mouth neighbors this place is for you. It close to the boardwalk but you’ll have to hike to the actual beach/water. Would not recommend for anyone wanting quite and to relax and not good for younger kids. Definitely will not go back. We checked out early.

Had the worst experience at this hotel. First the room had a very bad smell, second, we had a bad leaking in our room I went to tell the front office and did NOTHING, had to tell the twice in order to get it fix. Third, the pool was absolutely dirty, greasy, boogers in it. Towels were very dirty. Third, at checkout I waited a long time to be able to check out and at the end the owner came out screaming at me saying he was taking 10$ off my deposit for the maintenance lady because “supposedly we left a mess”. We cleaned as much as possible so that was a lie, The room was already a mess when we walked it and before leaving we cleaned the room. Staff was NOT friendly at all since day one, owner screaming at his staff in front of guest, and this made it even worst. When I told the owner I was writing a Google review he stated he did not cared at all. I will not be coming back and deff would not recommend this place to anyone. Please go look for a safe and peaceful place.

Check-in went well. We were walk ins and I had 11 teenagers so we got two rooms. It was 4th of July weekend and I paid $300 for each room which was very high for the accomodations but again we were walk ins. Rooms are updated but the beds leave a lot to be desired. You can feel the coils pushing through, very uncomfortable. Pool is chlorinated well enough for the population it sustains. Management tolerates a high amount of chaos and since I came with a bunch of teenagers it was appreciated. However, the music blaring at the pool (hardcore rap) and the constant smell of marijuana was a bit much for me. I would definitely suggest management inspecting your room with you before you leave so you're on the same page when it comes to getting your deposit returned. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I refer a friend? No.

Called and they say because i’m too young (25 years old) i can’t have the room, worst customer service experience !

Not a bad place. Dated, but updated… rooms were appeared to be kept as best as can be expected. Outside balcony area was clean and the chairs were super cool with a cup/phone holder. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location cant be any better for boardwalk access. Pool was clean and warm for early june. Lots of parking access to either side of the building. Will stay again!

Repeat of what most said already.. Pro's - location close to boardwalk and restaurants. Pool area was very nice. Rooms honestly, at first I thought the worst. Checked for bed bugs lol. Thankfully, all was good. Cons - floor had sand. Gave room service nice tip, problem solved. Stayed for several nights. Overall, I would stay here again.

No frills motel, but all you need for an enjoyable stay. Pro’s-Pool was fantastic, very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Netted low side for kids. Many bbq grills to accommodate everyone. Kind staff. Working elevator. Maid service was sufficient. Fridge was large enough and had microwave in room. Room was basic but clean. I would suggest staying on the pool side which we did as you can’t see the boardwalk from the other side anyway. Right near island bagels which was a nice breakfast/coffee spot. 3 minute walk to boardwalk and closest street to the pier which has the best rides. Cons- could use a few stand alone umbrellas by the pool to move around where needed. Would be a nice touch to offer coffee and water in lobby.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the place. what a disaster. This hotel is located on an angle . there are 2 parking lots. so i couldn't also park in front of my room. However because it is so close to the water park, the cars sit in the lot for days without moving.. ti was told i could park on the street, the street which is meter parking. While the floors have no carpeting, the rooms get cold at night. Every time i tried to use the pool it was overcrowded by kids. One woman was videoing her child diving. that's all this kid did. There was ball playing which is forbidden. When complained to management was told we are assessing Assessing what each day was worse then the next. all of the people smoked and i am a non smoke The mad woke my family up one morning at 9: 35 am & because I put a do not disturb sign, i didn't receive service for the day because she left at 3p.m. when the website says maid service daily. there were no extra blankets in the drawers. I came back from the boardwalk and there were people sitting in the chairs by my room and the had their stuff there. i know it's a free country but have respect for others.

For the price and location it was great. The pool was nice too, loved the gated in baby pool. Rooms were clean, beds weren't too comfy but we paid about $140 a night in August so hey! Very close to Moreys pier and splash zone. Great location if you plan on utilizing the boardwalk.
