I've been coming here every summer with my family for 10 years. I celebrate my birthday here every year! I absolutely love this family. They are accommodating and always friendly. Beautiful views and step right into the beach. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Did not feel safe. The door lock was so old. The dead bolt did not work. The room itself was ok. They did provide fresh towels everyday and took out the trash. Seems to be run by family but not all of them are friendly. The older lady sitting in the office is the friendliest. The price was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Great little spot right on the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, prices are very reasonable. My family had a great time. I couldn't ask for more.

After having a nightmare of an experience at Bal Harbor, we rented room here. The staff was extremely accommodating, understanding, and professionalism. They are in the process of updating the rooms. We had an awesome room with Oceanview seconds from the beach! The room had new updated kitchen and king sized bed. Pool was nicely kept with a small slide perfect for our 5 year old.

Have been coming here since im a kid. Always clean in a great location. Great bang for your buck!

Great place for family to gather. feels small among all of the large hotels on the shore, easy to access beach/ pool/ car from any room

Best motel I’ve stayed at so far . The owner is really welcoming and the housekeepers are really nice, it’s like a home away from home ?? . I’m definitely visiting this place again next year ! The location is also great, it’s near the beach . I’d definitely recommend.

**the NUMEROUS “NO REFUNDS” signs around the front desk was the first clue that we made a bad decision choosing this hotel. no wonder no refunds, i can imagine just about everyone would want a refund from here. the worst motel stay we’ve ever experienced by far. room smelled stale & moldy. tub was DISGUSTING (luckily we were only staying 1 night because i refused to bathe my daughters in that tub) the carpet was gross & crusty. mattresses not encased in bed bug protectors which i think should be MANDATORY for every hotel/motel for obvious reasons. worst part was the balcony door. we were on the third floor (nice view) but impossible to enjoy when you have 2 small children and the balcony door doesn’t close properly nor have a lock! i can’t believe they can legally operate in the condition this building is in. SO UNSAFE. never again. they also blocked me on facebook after i left a review. so professional…

My boyfriend and I stayed last weekend for the first time! We had a great experience. We loved the room, the pool, the location, and the owners! Everything was great. It's a small place and they make you feel welcomed. Will definitely return next year.

The conca d' or is my favorite place to be. The motel is a vintage Beach front motel with an unforgettable charm. The location and views are spectacular, the rooms are clean and perfect for what you need for the beach. The pool and front veranda is second to none for convenience and great place for family. We love playing shuffleboard pool side and grilled out most nights with other people in the motel. It is so much fun and a very social motel. It is easy to meet other families and people. Its Great for kids and very secure.. You will love the direct access to the beach. I love all of these amenities, but the owners are why I have come back year after year. Elaine, Maria, and Rose Ann have always treated us like family as I have seen from other people who stay here. You will have a great vacation here.
