I was very disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and stains. The bathroom appeared poorly maintained, and several amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or not working. Staff responses to concerns were slow and unhelpful. The overall condition of the property did not match the price charged. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Absolutely awful experience. The room was dirty, smelled strongly like mold, and clearly wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived. There was even a cigarette burn hole straight through one of the pillows, which was disgusting. The TV didn’t work at all, and when we asked staff for help, they were completely unhelpful and never fixed the issue. The conditions were so bad that we left after maybe 10 minutes because we couldn’t comfortably stay there. On top of that, they offer no refunds no matter how bad the conditions are. Save yourself the money and frustration. Do not waste your time staying here.

This place is absolutely disgusting! We checked in and checked right back out. So dirty!! Has to be the worst motel on the island.

Stayed here July 2020...Good location. Walking distance to boardwalk. That's about all I can say. Dirty, ghetto level motel. Pool experience was wild in a not so good way. No life guard and kids borderline drowning with no parental supervision even. The adjoining restaurant had their glass window and door busted out like someone had just robbed the place. I just went for the weekend to party and basically have a wild couple nights with a new girlfriend. Would not recommend unless you really wanna slum it.

The Room was terrible and smell like old wood and humidity too strong , the lamp was broken and water fall down from the lamp , the curtains had mold and dirty with bad smell . My daughter got sick from the humidity, my advice don't waste your time and money there

The room I had was clean. It was dated and had some issues. I stayed at a few different places in wildwood and this was definitely not even close to the worst place. Location was awesome near the big wildwood sign, 1 block from boardwalk. Parking was really tight and shower in the room was pretty weak. The staff was extremely friendly and took care of the rooms daily, unless they saw us and asked if we needed anything. If we didn't need anything they would leave the room be.

Please understand that this is a MOTEL. You get what you pay for. However I will also say that this is a truly GREAT motel. The rooms were clean, balcony view was awesome and the pool might be small but it was fun as hell. And the couple that run it are super sweet, very accommodating and truly care about their business. We were a family of 7 with 5 kids and this was such an amazing vacation. We will absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t wait for next year!!!

Room was filthy stained sheets, awful smell, and a gross bathroom. The man who checked us in was weird and made me and my friends feel unsafe. He even said he would come knocking on the door in the middle of the night. When we asked for a refund, they refused and didn’t care about our complaints. The whole place felt sketchy. Don’t waste your money.

I've been coming here for 4 years. Manager very nice. I come last minute alot and get great last minute deals, low price . Rooms always clean, Great Location, Park free at the boardwalk.

Very nice staff but room was not very clean and pretty outdated. Remote was broken and there was leftover garbage & random stuff from previous guests under beds. Went and bought my own cleaning supplies before actually staying/sleeping in room. It was our first time in wildwood so we didn’t know the area or good places to stay. Even though there was “NO SMOKING” signs everywhere other guests were smoking cigarettes and marijuana right on balcony which upset us due to having toddlers.
