Horrible place to stay, especially if you're Hispanic. The owner is a completely unpleasant person. He's annoying and always has an angry expression. I booked a room for five people: three children and two adults, each room with a small bed. We paid $300 a night plus taxes. I booked for five people, and only four towels were provided in the bathroom. They don't serve coffee; if you want ice, you need coins to get it from the machine. The rooms are clean, with no carpets, and only one air conditioner for two rooms. In conclusion: I would not stay at this hotel again.

Park Lane Resort is truly a gem. The entire property is clean, well kept, and clearly cared for with pride. The heated pool is incredible, and the location couldn’t be better, close to restaurants, the beach, and the boardwalk. I especially love that it’s within walking distance to the boardwalk yet far enough away to avoid the crowds, making it the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. What makes Park Lane stand out is the love and attention the owners put into it year after year. Each season there’s always something new that makes the resort look and feel even better, this year it was beautiful palm trees and additional pool umbrellas. It’s easy to see that this is a true family establishment, and that makes every stay even more special. Over time, we’ve come to recognize and be recognized by other returning families, which adds such a warm, welcoming feeling. On a personal note, I hold a very special place in my heart for Jim and the wonderful staff. After my father passed away, Jim went above and beyond to help make accommodations for my sister and my disabled mother to join us on our vacation. Somehow, he was able to arrange a first-floor room for them, which allowed us all to be together during one of the hardest times in our lives. That level of care and compassion is something I will never forget, and it speaks volumes about the heart behind Park Lane. We book early every year because we know how much we love it here. Park Lane isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place filled with memories, kindness, and community. I can’t recommend it enough.

One of the best hotels in Wildwood been coming here for years. Super clean updated rooms, great pool, nice management and steps from the boardwalk. Will definitely be returning as long as we are able!

Park lane has always been my place to stay overtime I go to wildwood with the family. Owner Jim keeps the place nice and clean. Very family oriented if you want a quiet family setting. Only a few blocks away from the board walk and 20 steps away from the beautiful crest beach. Park Lane features a huge pool with a slide and a diving board which kids love, also a kiddy pool as well

Just returned from my Labor Day weekend stay at the Park Lane. The room we stayed in was super clean and updated. Definitely could tell the owner takes great pride in keeping the property well maintained. Will be back for future stays!

I just returned from a weekend stay with my family. The Park Lane is top notch for service, cleanliness, location and the amazing pool. I booked the room on very short notice (the evening before) and Jimmy was so kind and accommodating. In all my years staying in Wildwood crest and Cape May… this resort is by far the best. Our room was immaculate and spacious enough for a family of 4. The pool was the cleanest and largest saltwater pool in the whole crest. Not to mention the amazing pool slide. The cabanas are free to sit. The cleaning staff are prompt. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and truly made our stay worthwhile. Can’t wait to return next year!

I came to park lane over ten years ago, and I was pleasantly surprised upon my return this year in 2024. The rooms are nicely remodeled to give a modern look. There’s AC in the main area as well, which was a huge upgrade from the past. It’s nice and quiet here, and there’s chairs at each front area to enjoy the morning or evening. The pool is very nice, and even has a slide as well as a bridge that goes over the area between the main and kiddie pool! I would come here again.

This place is amazing! Perfect location, rooms nice and clean ! And they have a pool where my kid spend most of his time, he loved it!. The staff was super nice I give them a thumbs up. I definitely recommend Park Lane Resort to everyone ! Keep up the good work guys!

Rooms were cleaned everyday and ground. It's family run jim and his wife are very lovely and pool cleaned everyday. Location is in the center between broadwalk n cape may. The prices are perfect for a quick vacation. Just need to have more breakfast n stores in walking distance. Other wise def will be going there again. The crest is kept clean . Very relaxing

This place is an absolute gem in Wildwood. I've been coming for years to Wildwood and finally found a place that I will be coming back to. My husband, myself and two kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jim and his wife were so accommodating. It's a perfect family hotel, rooms are clean, and location is great. Can't wait to stay again!
