I would not recommend this place!!! Location is great but the sneaky “board members” charged me for a door that got damaged due to the hurricane winds on the 5th floor. Total cowards - wouldn’t even look you in the face, instead took pictures & then charged my credit card. Not to mention the door didn’t latch properly anyway but I think they knew this. Just go across the street to Montego Bay. Better views there anyway…

Our stay at the Surfsong this past weekend was fabulous. Terri and her staff were amazing and could not be more accommodating! Our room was nice and clean… and decorated very beachy! We loved it! The kids had a great time in the pool. Great deck area with barbecues…. and you couldn’t ask for a better location! Thank you Terri!

We usually stay in the most northern part of North Wildwood but, because of location we decided to try Surf Song this year it was a great experience! We will be returning next year! We love the 5th floor balcony the views are amazing!

This was my family’s first time staying here, and it was phenomenal! The front desk was kind, courteous, and helpful. The housekeeping crew was very helpful. And the condo was spectacular! I had no idea what to expect, but I didn’t expect what we got. The fully stocked plates and utensils, the availability of toiletries, and the cleanliness were outstanding. My family will be staying here every year until we buy a place of our own!

It’s an old hotel but it could definitely be cleaner. The random stains and chunks of who knows what on the ceiling were off putting. There was also crumbs on the pull out couch and a pair of shoes in the one bedroom. The elevator was out of service when we were checking out and we were on the 7th floor. There were not enough utensils in the kitchen to make it usable. We had ants, which they sprayed for, but the patio door didn’t shut so the ants kept coming. There is no broom in the room so I had to call the desk to request vacuuming under the table after my kids ate. The waterpark was fun but old/dirty. The location was great but I don’t think the price is worth it. ($1400/three nights for a 2 bedroom suite).

We stayed there this past weekend and it was wonderful! Unit 318 was beautiful, Terry at the front desk was awesome and it was so close to the beach and boardwalk. We didn't get to try out the pool but there is a big deck with grills to use which was great. We will definitely be going back!!

My poor review is not about the condo, I have been renting there for the last 7 years. However, in Feb 2023 i called and made two reservations (one in June & One in Aug), I just happened to call down there on June 15th, only to find out they canceled both my reservations. The person I spoke with on the phone kept saying they called over and over, and sent emails. The phone records show ZERO phone calls since February reservation and the emails have nothing in the Body of the email about cancelation. it just keeps attaching the same Invoice they sent in February. When I found this out just on June 15th, the defensive Property manager actually hung up on me., she did not try and find me an alternative, we never got to the point where I needed Labor Day weekend reservations. She not only canceled my reservations, she made it so that a repeat loyal customer is not able to rent there again. She made it about herself. Again, I have nothing against the Condo and would rent there again if they fire the Property manager. I'm stuck with two canceled vacations and NEVER notified it was canceled. There has to be accountability for that whether it is self imposed or through a legal action. This causes great pain to my family to have its vacation memories canceled. I asked her for the contact information of the Board (her bosses) and never got a reply.

We had booked 6 rooms for a bachelorette party. The check in staff was pleasant and very accommodating, especially since we had people checking in at different times. Met 2 board members while hanging on the upper deck one night (Ron & John, and their friend Wolfe!) They were super fun and wished us a great stay. Kudos to you all, you made a crazy weekend easy and accommodating. Only complaint-these are usually private owner rentals. Our room’s floor and carpet were absolutely filthy, as in black feet after a few minutes. Bathroom floor and woodwork was dirty too. (I always wear slides-my roomies has to wash their feet before bed! That’s unacceptable given the cost.) That’s my only complaint-either our owners didn’t pay for housekeeping between rentals or there was another issue. Who knows. But I would recommend it again.

We love the Surf Song!!! Great office and maintenance staff! Everyone is friendly. Building itself and pools look wonderful. The heat in the pool actually works! The unit was clean and updated. We loved spending time on the sundeck and grilling! Definitely will be back!
