I came here for Tiki by the Sea and had the best time. The hosts was a wonderful couple and the place is family owned so you can’t beat the hospitality. The pool is heated, they had a small pavilion area for us to hang out at that was covered which was nice since it rained for most of the time we were there. We were walking distance to the beach so it was so nice in the morning to go to. The place has so much character and the rooms were so old school. Beds were comfy and showers were hot! Probably the best “motel” I’ve stayed at. Would love to come back sometime!

Great location right next to the beach! Using the Jitney was an easy way to get to the boardwalk. Clean rooms ?

The pool is too small. The grills for the barbeque are too dirty and broken. The parking spots are extremely tight, it's impossible to non touch the other cars. No laundry in the property. The staff is helpful. The mattresses are cozy except the sleeping sofa is too firm like concrete.

What a lovely experience. Owners were kind and accommodating, and the room was super cute and clean and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again. Steps from the beach.

Think of your friend's basement that hasn't been remodeled since the 70's. The good: Room was not super clean, nor was it a mess either. Linens appeared clean, and the location is great. Price was affordable. The bad: Shower curtain was super moldy. Fridge barely worked. Room door barely latches and you could tell there was many old attempts to break into the room. (Probably by guests, it's not in a rough area or anything). Seems the owners don't believe in updating anything. TV remotes did not work. Bottom line: I wanted to leave on day 1, but could not find any accommodations close by. It's the type of place you wake up and somehow feel less clean then when you went to sleep. My advice is update this place and charge double. You're better than this, lol.

I began staying at The Barcelona when I was young with my parents and sister. Now, 30 years later, I stay at The Barcelona with my wife and son. All these years later and it’s still the same. I mean that in the best of ways. Still the same great owners, still clean, still welcoming, still family friendly. Still a great place to stay for a family in Wildwood!

Family owned motel which was a plus in my books. Friendly environment. The beach is a very, very small walk, the motel is literally a baseball throw away. There was a kitchen fully equipped but we only needed one night so we ordered from a local pizza place for dinner. There was enough room literally three different size bed (it was just me and my husband) there was a daybed in one room with a kitten table with four chairs and a TV. There is a door that sperated another room with a twin and a full size bed with also a TV. The rooms were clean and equipped with necessities. There's a pool for the guest. Listen I got really lucky on Friday my husband just looked so tired and defeated (works 80+ hours a week) I said let's go to a beach. So he picked a motel that was on the beach and we left after he was done with work on Saturday. Parking is on the property and it's free to their customers. I have literally nothing bad to say. Anyways, Thank you Jenny for everything we enjoyed our stay with you and your motel was a great choice and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this motel. We also had a balcony! We had great stay, the owners were super nice and accommodating. Room was OK nothing fancy but great for a stay at the beach had a kitchenette complete with dishes and utensils. This would be a great hotel to stay at during the peak of season.

Extremely clean. Very hospitable owners. You always hear Location, Location, Location, well this place is great, for easy access to the Wildwoods, and Cape May. There are several good restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities, without all the noise of the boardwalk. People have complained about their beds. I found mine to be extremely comfortable, (and I have a bad back). The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to put some none-slip strips down in the bathtub. Otherwise very affordable, and a pleasant stay.

I've been vacationing in Wildwood for 30+ years. First time staying here. A classic mom & pop motel. The owners are very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Just a few steps away from the beach. Our room had an ocean view which is an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay.
