Great resort but I think they can improve their mattress. They have spring mattress which I found very difficult so sleep on. With the amount of money they charge, they can surely provide a better mattress

?Omg! Wow! ? Thank you! ?The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean; the pool is cleaned daily. The parking was excellent; it was my biggest concern regarding the stay, but it turned out perfectly. There is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast and then go out for dinner in the evenings; there is also a large grill in an outdoor dining area right next to the pool. The beach and the boardwalk are very close by! I’ve been to many places, but this one was truly welcoming! My children were very happy—thank you so much; we will definitely be back!?

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated and perfect location. The hotel itself has great amenities and staff. The only thing that needs improvement are the beds. They literally felt like a cardboard box. Although we slept pretty good on them, ha. Another thing that bugged me is the maids didn’t restock our coffee after we used it the first day, minor thing. All and all we loved staying here and will definitely stay again.

We have been staying at Waters Edge for years. We LOVE it!!! Beach is just across the street! Boardwalk begins a block away! They have a nice size grill for families to share, a couple of areas to lay out for a tan, a heated pool ( but in the summer it’s not needed). Over the years, we’ve stayed there in May, June, July and September. Awesome place to stay!

Stayed over a rainy and cold Memorial Day Weekend, but the hotel was able to have the outdoor pool nice and warm for the guests, which was greatly greatly appreciated since we were still able to get in everyday. The location is great, sits direct in front of the beach and it close enough, but not too close to the boardwalk. Already planning a return trip once the summer is in full blast.

Beds are trash and in need of an upgrade, they have turned off the room air conditioners so the rooms are extremely hot ? ?, suffice to say that after our 3rd time using this facility, which we did actually like we will not be coming back, the hotels next door would appreciate our business more I am sure...

A good room, right on the beach for excellent price. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the mattress was very uncomfortable - from the softness of it, I'd say it was long past its replacement date.

Room was comfortable, a/c was quiet and temperature was just right. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Love the room with balcony that we were upgraded to for no extra cost. Also love being right on the beach, and having a lovely heated pool.

They have some of the largest rooms of any hotel in Wildwood Crest. Plenty of room to spread out. Two bedrooms, large kitchen, dining area and living room combined. (Type E - 3 room efficiency). A bit outdated but very clean. The pool could be larger but it's warm and facing ocean front. All staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great. It is the crest but it's only feet to the start of the boardwalk. I recommend Water's Edge.

We just returned from Water’s Edge where we have been staying for years. We’ve always been 100% happy with our stay until this year…. All my son did was take his shoes off at the door and walk across our room to the balcony and his feet were FILTHY. I had read in another posted review with the same issue. Our couch was also filthy as well and I had to cover it before using. With all the money we spent for our stay room cleanliness could have been much better, in addition to room updates.
