This owner cancel my reservation on 4th of july stating a pipe burst, I was told to find another hotel after booking 2 nights and 4 hour drive, the owner offered no help did not make a single call to assit us instead he just got angry and hung up on me and wife, He acted like a immature adult when simple question were asked no arguing just basic questions. Stay away from this place save your money and time endless you like the smell, of drugs and the poorest customer servicr you will ever experience. They are unfit to run a business and are in need of serious training and leadership overhaul.

Nice place! Pool was supposed to close at 7p but they kept it open late to keep guest happy during the hot weather. Received clean towels everyday and maid service if we wanted it. Room was very clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and each bed had 3 pillows. The pull out bed wasn’t that bad either better than I expected. There’s mini golf, ping pong, over sized connect 4. To make the stay more enjoyable. The Pool is very well maintained and kept clean. Great view of the beach from our room. Met the owner Frank, he was very nice. The staff were very nice and friendly as well. Only issues that there is one ac unit in the separate bedroom from the living area. We did bring an a fan for the living room. No Tv in the separate bedroom or mirror. Only had a small fridge with no freezer. Also, had push on the door extra hard for it to pop open. Would be nice if there was a dresser in the separate room. The exhaust fan was super loud when turned on. Would recommend and stay again though.

Just came back from our vacation had an amazing time. Our hotel was awesome ? the owner’s were easy to talk too. The room was clean along with the pool, and property. We will definitely be back again.

We had a sudden death in our family. The property owner sounded like he wanted to help the situation. We we sadly mistaken. His wife called and left an unprofessional and inappropriate message insinuating things that had nothing to do with the death in our lives or our stay at the facility. Booking.com and I have been trying to contact the property owner and have had no luck contacting anyone. Nor have we gotten a call back. Its been almost 2 weeks and no call back. My family and I no longer feel comfortable to stay at their facility.

We have been trying to get in contact with them and so has booking and they won’t return either of our calls. These property owners are very unprofessional. And we do not feel comfortable with staying at their facility.

When we checked in we were told where our room was..... go up the stairs make a left at the top of the stairs. OK well there was this opening that was about a foot & half wide. The view was of the back of another hotel. We were off the main gathering deck. The room was damp, curtains falling off the rod, door(even being bolted) didn't feel secure, the beds had no summer quilts, no bed spreads on them but two unmatching throw blankets folded at the end of the bed......no maid service either. When I say this room was truly forgotten about it was. It looked like they took what was left in stock from furniture to lighting fixtures and threw it in this room. I wiped down the bathroom and kitchenette daily with the clorox wipes I brought with me. Four wash clothes and a roll 1/2 of toilet paper for two people. We were basically forgotten about. Pool got cleaned eventually. Last night we were there we were woken up to 4 kids under the age of 12 at 1245am screaming and sitting outside our room. It took over 2 hours for us to fall back to sleep. When we checked out the sign on the door said 9am-9pm.....it was after 10am no one was there. So I dropped the key in the drop box and called multiple times...got the answering machine. Trust me this room wasn't cheap. This will be some place I will never stay at again!!! Suggestion READ all the reviews. Finally got an someone on the phone about the keys....they were extremely rude and short with me. I perfer handing in the keys at check out to an actual human being. Cause I don't want someone coming to me and saying "the keys were never turned in and we're charging you for a new lock" Honestly I wouldn't put it past them.

Room was clean. Service was great. Pool is nice and clean. They have mini golf, ping pong, and large connect 4 all on site. Beach was a short walk away from motel. Also the board walk

Little bit more than your basic hotel, provides a pool, mini golf, ping pong table, cornhole! Easy check in & was able to check in an hour early with no extra fee. Enough parking. Safe location. More then enough towels and washcloths provided. Plenty pillows and blankets. Mini fridge, and microwave provided, ice machine on premises. Basketball court, baseball, soccer filled within walking distance. Good location. We did pick to drive and park near the boardwalk/ ocean unfortunately I couldn't find anything less than $20 a day to park, there is cash locations, credit, or park & pay app. You could probably walk but from what GPS says it's about 15 to 20 minutes. Price was good for a weekend, and cheeper then the surrounding hotels. Bedroom with two beds, bathroom, living area, table, roll out couch. Would stay here again ?

just got home from a fabulous family vacation at the Yankee Clipper wildwood crest. Frank and his staff are amazing. Friendly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless. the kids had so much to do on the property. Cant wait to go back next year

Rooms are mid because it only has a tv with 30 some channels and I can’t mirror my phone to the tv. Also the beds aren’t comfortable. I do like how they clean the pool in the morning. Also there is free ice which is amazing.
