When we checked in we were told where our room was..... go up the stairs make a left at the top of the stairs. OK well there was this opening that was about a foot & half wide. The view was of the back of another hotel. We were off the main gathering deck. The room was damp, curtains falling off the rod, door(even being bolted) didn't feel secure, the beds had no summer quilts, no bed spreads on them but two unmatching throw blankets folded at the end of the bed......no maid service either. When I say this room was truly forgotten about it was. It looked like they took what was left in stock from furniture to lighting fixtures and threw it in this room. I wiped down the bathroom and kitchenette daily with the clorox wipes I brought with me. Four wash clothes and a roll 1/2 of toilet paper for two people. We were basically forgotten about. Pool got cleaned eventually. Last night we were there we were woken up to 4 kids under the age of 12 at 1245am screaming and sitting outside our room. It took over 2 hours for us to fall back to sleep. When we checked out the sign on the door said 9am-9pm.....it was after 10am no one was there. So I dropped the key in the drop box and called multiple times...got the answering machine. Trust me this room wasn't cheap. This will be some place I will never stay at again!!! Suggestion READ all the reviews. Finally got an someone on the phone about the keys....they were extremely rude and short with me. I perfer handing in the keys at check out to an actual human being. Cause I don't want someone coming to me and saying "the keys were never turned in and we're charging you for a new lock" Honestly I wouldn't put it past them.

Room was clean. Service was great. Pool is nice and clean. They have mini golf, ping pong, and large connect 4 all on site. Beach was a short walk away from motel. Also the board walk

Little bit more than your basic hotel, provides a pool, mini golf, ping pong table, cornhole! Easy check in & was able to check in an hour early with no extra fee. Enough parking. Safe location. More then enough towels and washcloths provided. Plenty pillows and blankets. Mini fridge, and microwave provided, ice machine on premises. Basketball court, baseball, soccer filled within walking distance. Good location. We did pick to drive and park near the boardwalk/ ocean unfortunately I couldn't find anything less than $20 a day to park, there is cash locations, credit, or park & pay app. You could probably walk but from what GPS says it's about 15 to 20 minutes. Price was good for a weekend, and cheeper then the surrounding hotels. Bedroom with two beds, bathroom, living area, table, roll out couch. Would stay here again ?

just got home from a fabulous family vacation at the Yankee Clipper wildwood crest. Frank and his staff are amazing. Friendly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless. the kids had so much to do on the property. Cant wait to go back next year

Rooms are mid because it only has a tv with 30 some channels and I can’t mirror my phone to the tv. Also the beds aren’t comfortable. I do like how they clean the pool in the morning. Also there is free ice which is amazing.

I'm a verified reviewer on here, so this is genuine when I say that Frank was super accommodating to me during my stay. The wifi wasn't working from our room, and so Frank gave me an extra night's stay for free. He even offered to refund our first night if I wanted to switch to a different place that same day (I spoke to him about it the morning after our first night) So I took the extra day instead of switching hotels. I really appreciated all of their help!!! --Matt

Rooms are clean, friendly staff, nice clean big pool, activities like mini golf and ping pong. Right next to the boardwalk. Would come again!!

Scammed us by charging for ann extra room!!! The nice lady at the front even stated it was a mistake and to call the next business day to make sure it was reversed. It’s been over a week, I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone or call me back and the charge was never reversed. Absolutely disgusting and illegal services!!!!

We had mold in the bathroom of our room. The bathroom door was warped and could not be shut completely. There was no fire extinguisher in the room. No one came to see if we needed other towels, toilet paper, or to take out the trash. I have no clue what time the service desk opens. I went to talk to them multiple times from 8 am till 10:30 am. A gentleman leaned out the door to ask what I needed. I told him, and nothing was done about it. The young man working at night is very helpful. Motel was noisy the first 2 nights we were there. The microwave in our room was rusty inside, and paint was peeling off the inside. Our first and last time there.
