First time staying here and for sure won't be the last. From check-in to check-out everyone was super friendly. The room was perfect and if you stay on the even-numbered side you have the Friday Fireworks right outside your balcony. Parking is included with your stay at the lot across the street and Sam's Pizza (Cash Only) is right downstairs. Location can't be beat. 10/10, a must stay on your visit to Wildwood.

This was our 10th year visiting Wildwood, but our first time staying at Shore Plaza Beach Resort and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered made sure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and our room was the perfect size for us. It was also spotless, which we really appreciated. The fifth-floor balcony offered an amazing view of the boardwalk and the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Being right on the boardwalk made everything so convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. An amazing staff is what brings people back year after year, and it's also what people remember most about their vacation. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be staying at Shore Plaza Beach Resort again!

We stay at the Shore Plaza every year. This is the 1st year we were inconvenienced. We stayed from July 3rd to the 5th. We wanted to leave on the 6th but the owner told me someone booked the room right after us. We were at room 319. We resorted to having to leave the Shore Plaza on the 5th and come to the Blue Palms which was utterly disappointing. Well we walked the boardwalk on the 5th and NO ONE moved into our room after we left the Shore Plaza!!! We are incredibly upset about this because we only needed 1 or 2 more days. We are currently at the blue palms and its horrible, so much so, we paid to stay until Tuesday and we are leaving Monday! We love the Shore Plaza regardless. Stay every year as well as our family members. The location, cleaners, everyone...excellent, just unfortunate we were not able to stay longer and had to find other lodging. I will say after staying at Blue Palms tonight, the Shore Plazas rooms are EXCEPTIONAL for noise canceling rooms!! This is a great option at the Shore plaza if you like the quiet

This is a family owned hotel that is extremely clean, great location, amazing staff, and by far the best place I have ever stayed in the wildwoods. It is family oriented and has an excellent reputation. I would never stay anywhere else! I would go to a different beach entirely before I would stay in a different hotel in wildwood! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Nothing else compares! If you have a larger family, the multi bedroom ocean front family rooms gives you plenty of space and comfort!!! Incredible experience

My family has been staying at Shore Plaza every year since they opened. We have never had any issues at all with the location, the rooms or the staff. Up until 2 years ago, I never had a bad word to say about them; none of us did. I brought my legal service dog for the last 2 years we have gone and stayed for the firemans convention, and that's when we started receiving attitude from some of the people who work there/own the business. I just found out they are REFUSING to let us stay there anymore specifically because of my service dog. If you had asked me 2 years ago, I would have told everybody and their mother to stay there. Now, definitely not. Extremely unfortunate. We were told it was due to "animal fur" and "shedding" which all animals do. The very first time I brought my dog to the hotel, she made it 100% clear that she had an issue with it, and said out loud that because I did not look like I had a disability, so I didn't need the dog, and said she didn't see how I could be a firefighter. Shortly after, she made it clear she wasn't a fan of having us back due to the dog. We never trash the rooms, and we always respectful. This is absolutely ridiculous and discriminatory.

We stay here every year. Location can't be beat, right in the middle of the action. Sam's Pizza is on the bottom floor where we always get a "room pizza".

This place has good security, no people roaming the hallways making noise. This is a great place to be to relax and be with your family.

Great hotel. Right on the boardwalk, but quiet. Convenient to everything! Large elevators. Laundry avaliable, ice machines and vending machines.

Have been visiting the Wildwoods my entire life, but never had the need to stay in a hotel until last month. I remembered the Shore Plaza from many years ago of eating below at both the old and new Sam’s Pizza. The booking process is done over the phone, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Upon arrival, you are greeted at the front desk by one of the friendly staff members to check in. We had what was considered their smallest room (one queen and sofa bed), which was more than enough room for two people. All rooms include one parking space, which is a major plus for being on the boardwalk. Housekeeping was friendly and came every morning to make up our room. The pool and jacuzzi are on the fourth floor are great and have a view of the beach and boardwalk. We went towards the beginning of June, so your mileage may vary. Definitely will stay again when in town!

First time staying a Shore Plaza and had the best experience. The folks that run Shore Plaza are the best, the handicap room was very clean. The view from our room was beautiful you can see for miles. Thank you for making our mini vacation stay so wonderful. Hope to see everyone very soon. Thank you,
